Welcome to Gaia Villa Joshua Tree! Our retreat property was specially designed and curated for yoga/wellness retreats or multiple family gatherings. Located just 15 mins from Joshua Tree National Park.

Spacious 6 bedroom (17 beds), 4000sf, and 3.5 acre land w/ amazing views. Enjoy a private indoor yoga studio (all supplies provided), outdoor yoga pavilion, and relaxing amenities - a saltwater pool with grotto waterfall, luxury jacuzzi spa, cold plunge tubs, boulder fire pit, rooftop patio, and even complementary alkaline water.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Gaia Villa is located in the upscale residential area in the town of Yucca Valley and just 15 minutes from the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Enjoy refreshing morning walks or hikes in the neighborhood with mesmerizing desert views and fauna. Black Rock Campground and hiking trail is also only 5 minutes away and takes you to an alternate entrance to JTNP. Our guests will also appreciate the convenience of major grocery stores (including Super Wal-Mart), shops, and restaurants within a quick ten minute drive!


GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire property and house. Our manager may schedule a tour for you to show you all of our amenities and features. We strive for excellent service and are available 24 hours for emergencies.

IMPORTANT NOTES AND TERMS:
- NOISE ORDINANCE: Silent Hours 10pm-7am. Please observe quiet hours during those times and kindly enjoy gatherings and activities indoors. During the day, outdoor sound should be kept at reasonable levels and speakers or instruments are not permitted outdoors. ** There are noise level monitoring systems installed onsite. This does not record audio. There are also surveillance cameras that record visual and audio when activated by motion sensors. Camera locations: driveway, front door entry, front yard, backyard, side yard facing the spa. Tampering with monitoring devices and/or continued violation of the Noise policy is subject to hefty fines and eviction without refund.

- GUEST OCCUPANCY: We can accommodate up to 16 overnight guests. Infants 12 months and under do not count towards the guest occupancy count. Extra occupants/visitors beyond the reported guest count at the time of booking require pre-approval (including daytime guests). Fees and terms may apply for additional guests. Daytime guests are permitted during the hours of 7am-9pm with pre-approval. ** Renter may be charged a fee of $250 per person per day/night for any unauthorized guests beyond the approved guest count. Please contact us to inquire.
- Renter of record must be on-site the day of check-in and stay for the duration of the booking. A manager will check the Renter's government-issued photo ID in person on the day of check-in.

- PETS: Pets are not permitted. The desert area is home to lots of wildlife including coyotes so it is for the safety and wellbeing of the animal. Should it be discovered that an authorized pet was brought on-site, there will be a fine of $500 plus any additional damages and/or cleaning fees that have been caused by the animal. If you have a service dog, please notify us and disclose the service they provide. Renter is still responsible for any damages, additional cleaning fees, or disturbances caused by the service dog.
- POOL HEATING FEES (heated to mid 80s°F):
•⁠ ⁠May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep: $100 / day
•⁠ ⁠⁠Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov: $175 / day
•⁠ ⁠Dec, Jan, Feb: $250 / day.
Heating not typically needed in July and Aug. During colder months, we recommend enjoying the hot tub (heated at no extra charge) and using the saltwater pool for a refreshing cold plunge. 24 hours notice required and 2 day minimum for the pool heating.
