This is a place where mornings feel slower, evenings feel softer, and nights are illuminated by endless stars. While offering a sense of peaceful retreat, the home remains just a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park, local cafés, and curated shops.



Close enough to explore, far enough to truly disconnect.



Getting Around:

Joshua Tree is best experienced at your own pace. A personal vehicle is highly recommended, allowing you to fully explore nearby trails, dining spots, and local gems with ease.



The property offers private on-site parking, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. Rideshare availability is limited, further adding to the area’s quiet, off-the-grid charm.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

🌵 This is a desert property — you may encounter natural elements (dust, wind, wildlife, insects). This is part of the landscape and the experience.

🏘️ The home is within a residential desert community. While the 2.5-acre parcel offers exceptional privacy, this is not fully isolated land.

📝 A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $1000 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection *7 business days*) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $150 per night (Maximum: $299) is applied to your stay, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



A quick note on quiet hours (San Bernardino County rule)



This home sits in a residential desert community governed by San Bernardino County's short-term rental ordinance. The County enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — no amplified music, gatherings, or loud activity during those hours, and especially nothing outdoors, where sound carries far in the desert.



We mention this only so you're never caught off guard: the County operates a 24/7 neighbor complaint line, and when a noise complaint is verified, they issue a fine of $1,000 to $5,000 directly tied to the property. We have no discretion over those fines — they're set and enforced by the County — and per our rental agreement they're passed through to the guest responsible. Keep things mellow after 10 PM and there's nothing to think about. Enjoy the quiet — it's one of the best parts of being out here.



A quick note on parking (San Bernandino County rule) - ALL cars must be parked in the driveway, no street parking and no exceptions. Same as above - we don't control this, and any fine is passed directly to the guest.

🏊 POOL + SPA

Hot tub heating is included with your stay.

Pool heating available with advance notice (48 hours prior; late surcharges apply otherwise):



May–September: $180/day

October–April: $250/day



No diving. No glass near the pool. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety.

Pool service occurs Wednesdays between 8 AM – 12 PM.

🐕 PETS

Dogs welcome! $200 per first pet, $175 for second (max 2 dogs, must be disclosed before booking). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.



Please supervise pets outdoors at all times — desert plants (especially cactus) and wildlife can be hazardous. Pets are not allowed in the pool. You are fully responsible for your pets during your stay.
