This single-level home offers five bedrooms (three with ensuite baths) and an expansive open-concept layout perfect for groups to unwind in style. Whether you’re gathered in the airy living room or cooking in the modern kitchen, every space flows seamlessly into the next, surrounded by breathtaking desert views.

Step outside and you’ll discover the true soul of the property: a private resort-like backyard designed for peak relaxation and play. The custom pool and hot tub overlook uninterrupted Mojave vistas, while a wraparound patio sets the scene for sunrise yoga or sunset cocktails. A sauna, a pickleball and basketball court, and a small putting green provide wellness and fun at every turn—perfect for a friendly game or brushing up your short game. Please note: Off-roading is not permitted on the property or neighboring streets. For an epic off-roading experience, head to the Sunfair Dry Lake Bed nearby.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- To enter the 5th bedroom, you'll need to walk through the 4th bedroom, and there's a bathroom and an open hallway between the two bedrooms.
- The car parked outside belongs to the property and is for aesthetic purposes only.
- Two trifolds with associated bedding have been provided.
- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per night and must be added for the entire stay.
- Pool heat is not available from May to September.
- Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems are in place in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Please note that only the Ring camera by the front entry is currently operational; the others have been deactivated.
- This home comes with a pack n play & highchair.
- This home is located on a dirt road that can be a little bumpy.
- Please note: The sauna is non-operational at this time.
- Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we’ll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!
- Please note: Due to the distance from the house, the basketball court does not have lighting set up.
- One of the things we love about the property is its peaceful setting. The last part of the drive is a rustic dirt road, accessible by any vehicle—simply drive slowly and you’ll be just fine.

- Parking is available for a maximum of 6 cars.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
