Enjoy quiet privacy and quick access to the warmer bayside shores of Orleans. Perched on a large corner lot, this fantastic three-bedroom home is a short walk from Skaket Beach - featuring beautiful white sand, tidal pools, and swimming.

At home, find a brand-new kitchen and a great layout with the new master suite on one side of the home and two guest bedrooms on the other. Thoughtful extras include provided beach gear and family-friendly items like a Pack n’ Play.

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area provides comfy seating with a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Relax and stream favorite shows on the 50” smart TV, equipped with cable and a DVD player.

A sunny reading nook off the kitchen creates a fantastic spot to curl up with a good book.

Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances.

Perch at the counter for two while dinner simmers, then serve up your tasty creations at the dining table for six.

The main entrance to this home is accessible via two steps.

THE LOCATION

Pack up the provided beach gear and stroll a short 10 minutes to Skaket Beach for sun-kissed days by the bay. If driving, there’s also a parking lot that holds 175 cars.

You’ll also find bike trails and freshwater ponds nearby. Nauset Beach can be reached in under a 10-minute drive.

The town center is a mere mile from your retreat. While you’re there, check out Hog Island Beer Company - a local brewery with great beer, food, games, and music.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
