Le temps s'arrête dans cette copropriété en bord de mer magnifiquement rénovée, idéalement située sur la spectaculaire plage de Deerfield! Léger et spacieux, avec un décor côtier moderne et amusant qui ajoute à votre expérience de bord de mer! Surdimensionné, le balcon en plein air en plein air offre une vue panoramique sur les plages de sable fin, les levers de soleil à couper le souffle et l’océan Atlantique étincelant.

Une chambre, deux salles de bain complètes peuvent accueillir le couple romantique ou la famille en vacances. Chambre à coucher dispose d'un lit queen size ainsi que d'un lit double avec lit gigogne. Salon a un grand canapé-lit. Deux grandes télévisions à écran plat. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour votre commodité. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec une vue dégagée sur l'océan. Les portes coulissantes en verre surdimensionnées dans le salon offrent une vue imprenable sur l'océan sous tous les angles. Commodités supplémentaires fournies par le propriétaire: chaises de plage, parasol et serviettes de plage, planche à repasser, fer à repasser et sèche-cheveux. Equipements extérieurs: cour côté océan tropicale avec deux grilles et une piscine chauffée en bord de mer, propriété fermée, parking fermé, ascenseur, laverie à pièces pleine grandeur au même étage.

Marcher à tout sur cette superbe plage! Une variété de restaurants se trouvent à quelques pas de chez vous, dont The Whales Rib, présenté dans Diners, Drive-ins et Dives de The Food Network. Louez une planche de surf, un kayak, un scooter, une planche à pagaie, un scootcoupe (buggy) et bien d’autres choses encore à Island Water Sports (islandwatersports). La jetée de pêche de Deerfield offre la possibilité de pêcher gratuitement en bateau et même de louer des cannes à pêche!

Staying at the best location on the beach

Property is clean and well maintained. The owners of the property were very kind and we really enjoyed staying at there condo. We would stay here again for next winter if possible. This condo has the best sunrises in the morning. Nice pool and best of all once your arrive at Deerfield Beach you can walk to all the restaurant’s that you want to. The beach is 250 Feet away. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ocean Club Condo.

What more could you ask fo?

Can’t think of one thing to complain about. Everything you need for a worry free stay. Awesome location close to everything and still a private feel at the condo. Balcony was the best feature we thoroughly enjoyed every day. Top of our list for return trip.

Fabulous condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean House. We were already quite familiar with the area so knew about its fabulous location close to the pier and restaurants. This unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of storage spaces for your clothing and belongings both in the bedroom and living room which is great if you have an additional guest on the sleeper sofa. Having two bathrooms was ideal, as we brought along our adult son. The master bath also had two sinks, in separate areas which was another plus. We did not do any cooking, but everything was available if you chose to make anything. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella, although we preferred to rent the large lounge chairs at the beach. The owners were quite friendly and very receptive to any of our questions. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Heaven on Earth

The location is absolutely amazing! The beach is across the street with restaurants & shops, all in walking distance. The sunrise is outside the balcony!!! My husband & I would wake up each morning & walk 3 miles on the beautiful beach boardwalk! (Wish I had this at home in NY!) The condo is decorated in the most colorful way: Yellow, Turquoise, Orange! I felt like I was in Jimmy Buffets house! So joyful & happy is my way of expressing my feeling staying there! The condo was clean, beautiful & had every amenity! I can’t wait to go back next year! It was truly a blessed time in this Gem! Oh, and I forgot to mention that it has a King size bed!!! Other units for rent only have 2 doubles or maybe 2 Queens. Very rare to find a King bed unit in this building!

Sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee looking at the ocean, blessing!!

Bill and his wife are incredible hostess, you were there during hurricane Nicole and they were constantly either calling or texting us about updates. We only had one problem and we let them know about it to get taken care of. The location was perfect walked everything, walk the beach and came back and laid in the pool. Was very nice having two bathrooms! Very quiet. Would even think about moving here!! We hope someday to see them again!!❤️

Perfect Family Vacay

Location was amazing, felt like home, not a overwhelming touristy spot. Beach was beautiful and 100 strides away. Unit was clean and well maintained. Beach chair and umbrellas were a must and provided in the unit! Everything you need in walking distance. We will see you again!

Great location

Very nice and complete condo. In front of a beautifull beach and boardwalk. 10 min. to the fishing peer. Beach chairs were very practicle. Rental on the beach is 60$/day. Overall was very clean, except sand in the bedroom when we arrived. The shower curtain, in the the bedroom shower, kept falling off. Would be a nice improvement to install a fixe pole. Would rent again, Thanks Bill

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY!

What a comfortable condo…. A home away from home! Bill and Jeanne thought of every amenity to make life so simple from the moment we opened the door. We felt so welcomed and at ease. We can see why they consider it a piece of heaven for sure! The morning sunrises are spectacular while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony and the ocean views beautiful while sipping a cocktail in the evening. The people in the complex are all so very friendly and it is well maintained by Billy and his wife! It is a perfect location to just enjoy the beach by day and walk to dinner at night to so many wonderful restaurants. Don’t miss out on this beautiful spot!!! Thanks Bill and Jeanne!

Great Location! Wonderful Hosts! Fantastic Vacation!

Spent 1 month for a winter get-a-way! Perfect location directly across from the beach and within walking distance of area restaurants. The balcony with its ocean view was the place for morning coffee or reading a book after a day at the beach. Private parking lot a plus! The condo has been updated and was cleaned nicely upon arrival. The decor is cheerfully "beachy" with ample storage, comfortable furniture and nice linens. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to dine in if preferred. Beach towels and chairs also provided. The hosts were wonderful and clearly want you to enjoy their home. Lots of special touches that made arrival easy. Starter supplies for kitchen and baths, including soaps and shampoos, as well as coffee set ups and bottled water to welcome guests! Beach towels and chairs also in the unit. Great communication with the hosts before and during my stay. Would definitely book again!

The best of the best in so many ways!

#206 open floor plan at Ocean Club in Deerfield Beach is what you want all your rentals to be. Impeccably clean with darling colorful decor, new leather living furniture, more than enough bench and chair seating for meals, new beds, top of the line appliances, new floor to ceiling drapes, and everything works!! Ocean Club is my favorite rental between West Palm and Miami because it is just steps away from the Atlantic and great for people watching, sea swimming, sun bathing, pool swims, outdoor grilling, grassy picnics, and more. The beach is dragged every day. Exercise and surf boarding classes. Walk 2-3 blocks to good restaurants. Grocery less than a mile away across inland waterway. Bus just one block for $2 if no car and $1 if a senior. Gated parking for vehicles. The best of the best!
