This place is worth it for the view. Just incredible! Quiet street. Great location. Great attention to detail including Kleenex in every room. Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool and view of the water was wonderful. We loved sitting outside in the screened in porch. My only recommendation to others is to bring bug spray if you plan on being outside in the evening. We got bit up! Overall I’d recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great private beach within a short walking distance. Outside area right on the waterway was beautiful. Everything we wanted and needed!

This property was very well kept. Perfectly stocked. Beautiful view of the intercoastal. The only negative that I have is that the pool is a shared pool with the other 2 villas and sits just a couple of feet from the middle villa's back door. I did not end up using the pool since it was right outside that unit's windows. My husband did use the hot tub one night. He didn't mind the proximity to the middle unit. But overall, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Home away from home

The scenery is beautiful & relaxing. We felt at home. We cannot wait to visit again and will be back. Pool and jacuzzi are shared with other renter but we still enjoyed it and got some privacy while enjoying both.

Nice condo located on the canal. Walking distance to beach. Everything was included. Enjoyed the screened porch. Would recommend to friends.

Paradise

The Tri-plex was great. We paddle boarded, cooled off in the clean pool, and sat under the palapa in the evenings. Gino was very responsive and even let us borrow a fishing pole. We will definitely be back

A much needed oasis

We have not been on a vacation since 2018. We needed this wonderful retreat. Sitting on a quiet canal off the intercostal is just what the doctor ordered. Our host was gracious and responsive. We will be coming back!

Great place to stay, right on the canal with beautiful views!

Great location, very nice apartment for a small family. You share the deck and pool area with the other places. Probably best renting together with people you know. It’s a little awkward swimming with other family since it’s more like a house and not a hotel setting. I still loved it, especially sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee. They have beach gear to use and bikes which is a nice plus.

The unit was remolded and updated a year ago. You passed to us you loved your stay and had a great time and will be back. The Wi-Fi was checked and is strong, fast and working well. Everyone in the building has no issue with Wi-Fi.

Absolutely beautiful background

We spent a week at Gino’s place. It was fantastic. The backyard is so nice. There’s the hot tub , swimming pool, tiki hut, outdoor tables and chairs and all right on the canal. I caught many fish right from the dock which runs along the whole back yard. The kayaks and paddle board were fun. And we also enjoyed a pleasant bike ride. The private beach was a close walk and never busy. The place is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

Amazing location

Our family of 4 booked this place for 4 days. It was in a quiet neighborhood on the intercostal. The pool and hot tub were amazing once we found the controls and realized it took about an hour to heat up. There were issues of maintenance that we will share with the property manager Luca who was great to deal with. We were disappointed that the description of close to the beach was greatly exaggerated. The private beach was nice but required bikes or drop off.

We are happy that you enjoyed stay at our property but sorry that you were disappointed with the distance to the beach We have few gates to access to the private beach Luca was working for us when we were on vacation, he doesn't work for us only when we need him He didn't explain to you how to get too closest gate, so you went to second gate that is about 10 min walk from our house but first gate is only 5 min walk from our house you don't need car to get there

Perfect rental for our family!

The property was clean and well stocked, and it was really nice to have beach chairs & umbrella, kayaks and fishing pole available to use. It’s in a nice quiet area but still close enough to Delray Beach. It was nice having the private beach pretty much to ourselves, but we didn’t stay there long due to the excessive seaweed, so we were thankful to have the waterway and pool available at the house. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the tiki hut, bikes and kayaks are apparently shared with another unit. Thankfully our neighbors didn’t use them much, but it might be disappointing if you expected to use them and they were already taken. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are thankful that we found such a great property for our family vacation!

Wonderful cottage

My parents live in Highland Beach and this year our entire family came down for the holidays. 21 people was just way too many too fit in my parents house, so we rented this fantastic little cottage so we could be close to them. My parents own a spectacular home in Highland Beach, and we figured the cottage would just be used for sleeping. Well, the lovely backyard on the canal was so nice, my family members were jealous of us! The place is clean and well maintained. If I owned it and was living there, I'd definitely want to update it a bit, but for a rental, it was fantastic, and I have high standards. We will DEFINITELY be renting it again if we need to. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and I can't recommend it enough.

Un bijou!

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l'endroit ! Relaxation assurée, quartier calme et ambiance floridienne authentique. Que ce soit assis dans la palapa, la véranda ou dans la piscine, chacun y trouve son compte! Une courte marche de 5 minutes pour arriver à l'océan et en admirer la beauté. Beaucoup d'espace dans la villa ( avec deux chiens c'est parfait) et rien ne manque. Quel plaisir de regarder passer les bateaux dans le canal! Nous reviendrons assurément. Mille mercis aux proprios pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité 👍
