Summary:
The Historic Grand Adobe Hacienda comfortably hosts 28 guests. The Estate consists of 11,000 sq ft of indoors living space from the 8000 SF main house and 4 casitas, all enclosed in a private gated courtyard encompassed by large fountains and lush landscape thought the property. This is truly a one of a kind property! With all of the rooms and separate casitas, the Estate is perfect for Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions, or large group stays.
The Space:
The estate boasts 12 bedrooms, 9 of which have their own private bathrooms plus a bonus room that are set up as an additional private bedrooms making 13 total bedrooms if the optional bonus rooms are added (additional fees required). The Master Bedroom is its own oasis at 1100 sq ft with its own sitting area and covered balcony. There is a sun room with private doors and blackout shades within the La Paz unit that we have an optional roll away bed option as well as an extra day bed that can be set up. Lastly we have a pull out Queen bed in a private room that can also be added for an additional fee. We charge $50/per guest over 24 per night. Or if you are under 24 guests but want the additional beds (Pull away, day bed, or pull out queen) for additional sleeping options, you can add each for $100 per bed for the entire reservation to cover the labor and additional laundry. The entire home is divided into separate living quarters with 4 detached casitas. There are 6 total kitchens, multiple backyard patios, sitting areas, and space for everyone to enjoy!

The Property is completely enclosed by high adobe wall with double hand-forged iron gates.
The grounds have numerous courtyards, patios, and a large heated pool (82 degrees) measuring 15â X 60â and surrounded by lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The pool is also surrounded by a pool gate for safety. The pool is heated to 82 degrees - however please note in the cooler months the temperature can fluctuate due to weather and the heater's ability to hold the heated temperature.
The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property but we have a few locked closets for the owner's belongings. There is a large main house divided into 4 sections and 4 separate casitas surrounding the main house. There is a front iron gate and parking courtyard.
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly located in the heart of Arcadia. Arcadia is one of the most desirable and expensive neighborhoods in Arizona. You will be walking distance to many delicious eateries and just a short drive to an abundance of shopping and dining options. Old Town Scottsdale is a straight shot and only 10 minutes away by car. Shopping malls are also minutes away, like the Biltmore Fashion Park (24th Street & Camelback, Phoenix) or the Scottsdale Fashion Square (Scottsdale Road & Camelback, Scottsdale). A short drive will also get you to downtown Phoenix or to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in about 15 minutes.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is very walkable with a few great restaurants close by as well as a park for little ones to play. Otherwise, we recommend car and bike to get around.
Other Things to Note:
- This property is gated with a private courtyard for parking. For added security, the entire exteriorâincluding the pool areaâis monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.
- Arizonaâs unique desert environment means you may occasionally encounter native wildlife, including scorpions or spiders, despite our regular pest control services.
- AAP Landscaping will visit each Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Radiance Pools services the pool multiple times weekly. Theyâll let themselves in to ensure everything stays in top shape for your visit. If youâd like to discuss service schedules before your stay, please feel free to reach out!
- To help us maintain the home, we ask that guests leave all furniture and furnishings as they found them upon arrival. If we need to move items back after checkout, a minimum repositioning fee of $200 may apply.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
