Amazing entertaining space with all the amenities! Tennis, pickleball, and basketball, heated pool, theater room, fitness center, game room, office space, open floor plan, garage, parking for 20 vehicles. You have full access to the home! The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home!
The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away.
Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free.
In home services such as a chef experience or regular maid service are available.

The Perfect VRBO

We came out to Scottsdale as a 16 man bachelor party. The house was better than even described in the listing. Not very often does a house claim to be able to sleep a certain amount of people and actually be able to accommodate. The rooms were huge with king or queen size beds giving everyone their space needed without cramming 4 beds into a small room. The rest of the house is also more than large enough that everyone can be together. If anyone were to mention going to Scottsdale, I would 100% recommend staying here. Aside from the house, the location is prime. Within a mile of major expressways and 10 minutes to whatever you may need. The only thing that makes this above the rest is the hosts themselves. They answered any and all questions and would check in prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t thank you enough!

Amazing home, one that will be talked about for a long time!

Scott was kind enough to open his home to our baseball family for our last season together. His response time and communication is the best I've seen. the house is truly breathtaking and pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor living was spectacular! Our baseball boys will talk about this trip for years and years to come, "The Mansion!". Thank you, Scott - everything was perfect!

Great shirt trip & stay!

The house was everything as described and more. Loved the surround sound music system. Even little things we forgot to buy like coffee filters or olive oil was at the house. You really don’t need to leave it. Scott, the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. He replied immediately. We will definitely be back!

Annual Golf Trip

We had 16 guys come out to Arizona for our annual golf trip. The accommodations were great! The heated pool and hot tub were great after 36 holes of golf! We greatly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to next year!.

This is a very large and nice property where everyone sleeps in comfortable beds and has many amenities to keep everyone entertained. Recommended for large gatherings.

Large Property

This place is huge and can entertain lots of people. Great outdoor and indoor space. Lots for families to keep busy with. Excellent communication with host a few things we needed and he attended to them quickly. Some furniture is a little worn.

Family reunion

Fantastic place for 26 family members from all over U.S. to meet. Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying all of the amenities. There were a few hiccups but the owner, Scott, was very responsive. We decided to do our next reunion in 2026 here!

Perfect Space for Women’s Empowerment Retreat

We recently rented this property for our women’s empowerment retreat, and it exceeded all our expectations! The online booking process was quick and straightforward, making it easy to secure our stay. While the photos are beautiful, they don’t quite capture the spaciousness of the property—it was much larger than we anticipated. The kitchen was a highlight, providing ample space for our training sessions and allowing our private chef to work her magic. This property is ideal for larger groups, although we felt some amenities leaned more toward men. For example, a full-length mirror would have been a nice touch for our group. Our host, Scott, was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we felt at home and oriented in the neighborhood. We encountered no issues during our stay, and it was a bonus to know there was a Mercedes sprinter van available, even though we didn’t need it. The ladies loved their rooms! We brought our own toiletries and towels to cater to our retreat's wellness focus, even though the property provided the basics. Scott went above and beyond by purchasing an extra blender to accommodate our smoothie-making needs—now that’s service! The only minor drawback was some construction in front of the property, which made it a bit tricky to find. However, it certainly didn’t detract from our amazing experience. We plan on returning to this property next year.

The house and pool area are super fun for any group! Scott is very responsive whenever you need something. We were a group of 17 adults and never left the property because everything we needed was available to us! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Huge home with big pool

This house is amazing- It’s huge, and we had plenty of space to spread out with our big group of 6 families and kids from all over the country. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The house remained cool, despite the high heat. It could use some updates (some furniture showed its age- movie room for example), and the kitchen could use a few extras (silverware, dish towels, plastic plates/cups for kids and the pool area), but we got by just fine and really enjoyed our stay! Scott was great and responsive, as others have said. Thank you!

Spacious home in Mesa

The property is lovely with ample communal spaces and multiple kitchens. The primary kitchen has abundant plates and silverware, and a few coffee makers. We had no trouble dining with 14 people. There's plenty of parking. Checking in and out were both very easy, and the host was very responsive.

Perfect for our large family reunion

The house is even more impressive than the photos can portray. There was plenty of room for everyone and a variety of activities for our multi-generational family reunion. We will definitely consider coming back for the next reunion! Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with.

I know it seems too good to be true but it’s real and just as AWESOME as it looks in the photos!

We stayed here with a large group of friends with kids ranging from 6 months old to 11 years old. Everything about this house was exceptional and i could go on and on about everything but I’ll touch on the things we look for in reviews when booking a house. First thing first this house basically has 6 master bedrooms with bathrooms in the room in the main house, then 4 additional rooms in the basement with a nice bathroom. (I believe he is adding more bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs which will make this even more amazing! Then the Casita is amazing with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms! This house is PERFECT for large groups! The house was well stocked with everything you need from A-Z. The exterior is unreal and so big, the kids spent our entire 4 days outside and never ran out of things to do! Full size basketball ball/tennis/pickleball court with lights, sweet BBQ and fire pit, amazing pool/hot tub area and a huge lawn for soccer and other games. Lots of covered area for the extreme hot times of the day so you can still be outside! Lastly the host Scott has the quickest response time of anywhere we’ve ever stayed, it was usually 2-3 minutes maximum whenever we had a question and very helpful with anything we needed it had questions about! We are already booking this house for next year so don’t hesitate to book this house i promise you won’t regret it!!! Thanks again Scott!!
