Overall everything was great. The hot tub may need more chlorine or the chemical balance checked.The host was extremely responsive.Only other general feedback is that the neighbors were able to open the door into the kitchen. It was the little girl and the father quickly closed it.

Size of home and floor plan good. Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the condition of the home. Needs lots of repairs inside and outside. Balusters missing outside, and inside ones were bent creating dangerous situations for our grandchildren. Needs paint and window replacements. Needs a deep clean of furniture. Kayaks need to be replaced and basketball court is not operational. With some (lots) attention this could be a great property.

We had a great stay. Property is a bit older and ‘used’ than the pictures show. I would’ve been uncomfortable with toddlers on the deck. Many of the spindles were missing or broken. But we had zero issues with the property and communication was top-notch! Really great management team runs this property.

I recently stayed here with my family for a pre-Thanksgiving trip. The communicate and organization of the rental management was 10/10 but the home is significantly worn down. The furniture and beds were newer but the house itself is very run down and not well kept. The backyard is great as we had multiple dogs with us, but overall the house needs to be kept up with more to make the experience better.

Perfect Stay

This was the absolute perfect place for me! The house was exactly as pictured… Actually even better in person. i contacted the host at 4am and he communicated with me so well he was definitely available 24/7. Nice sizes 2 car garage & plenty driveway space BUT If having day visitors i recommend having them park by the lake (2 minute walk) Thank you i can’t wait to book again

We stayed for our 20 year anniversary

The house was huge, and located close to Rowlette and Rockwall. Grocery store a mile away incase you forgot anything. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for. I really wanted to fish and use the kayaks, however the property didnt have a good area to do that, you had to go down the block which was at the end of the road( about 4 houses). Huge yard for kids to play, and for the furbabies. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sun set.
