The space
Guests will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable retreat in this spacious floor plan. Sleeps 19 plus 2 toddler mattresses available to accommodate up to 21 total! Enjoy dinner in front of the saltwater aquarium which has corals and fish from all over the world!
PS5 with two controllers included in the upstairs loft. Plenty of beds and sofa beds to accommodate large groups. Perfect for weddings and graduations!
The backyard is surrounded by enlightening string lights so can experience a resort like feel with your private pool and spa! Can rinse off with the outdoor shower before and after a swim.
Kitchen includes all pots, pans, utensil’s, cutlery, bowls, all size plates, glasses, mugs, towels, and basic necessities.
The Keurig Duo coffee station gives the convenience of a k-cup or a whole pot. Coffees, teas, and sugar all included.
The home overall has a luxurious and contemporary feel with all stainless steel appliances and modern furniture. All the beds have soft and fluffy down comforters and high quality sheets. Bathrooms all include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels so less things for you to pack!
The private office with desk, chair and sofa bed is a great space do get any personal work done.
With 1000MB / 1GB of fiber optic Wifi, you will always have fast and reliable internet.
The high ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the huge skylight upstairs make the home feel so open and serene.

House Rules / Other:
By booking you are agreeing on all the terms and conditions , simple secret to save money. Just by reading the House Rules and Signs. -Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please respect neighborhood and do not keep going in an out of house during these hours. NO PETS ALLOWED cleaning fee for pets only will be $500 plus violation fees per day.
—Maintenance can walk in anytime in the property for the maintenance purposes with or without notifying the guest. However, guests will always be notified. Pool hours are from 11am to 10pm in summer time. Three hours of heated spa is included per day. More than 3 hours per day will be $75. The heated spa can be used for 3 hours in winter time, as weather permits. Again, it will be $75 for the heated spa for over 3 hours per day. Note: Pool and spa will be closed on rainy and snowy days due to electric hazard. There are four full bathrooms in the house, so please do not micturate etc in the property other than toilets cause violation fee is $500 plus house rule broken fee. -Host NOT responsible for any accidents.
-Parties and events are prohibited.
-Fees to guest will be applied when they are in violation: 1st Violation = $100 / 2nd Violation = $250 / 3rd Violation = $500 / plus damages, parts, labor or cleaning.
-$75 late checkout fee per hour after 11am. After 1 pm, the whole day rate will be charged to your account. If you check out after 1pm, you will be charged that days rate. Plus if we have another booking that same day, that guests fees would also be added to your total. -No smoking anywhere on property. $800 smoking violation fee besides plus broken rule fee ( including e-cigarettes/Hookah/cigars anything which causes smoke.)PER DAY.- No tampering of any of the devices, including smoke alarms, cameras, carbon monoxide detectors). This will result in criminal charges. House rule book needs to be read and followed by each guest. *Seven (7) vehicles allowed at one time (3 small cars on the front driveway 2 on the road in front of home and 2 can park in back driveway - please do not block sidewalk or mailbox -If need more parking, please call the host, and she will guide you where to park. Do not touch the pool equipments or smoke in back or front yard. Please do not cross any cones in backyard. Also, please keep all windows and entrance/backyard doors closed to prevent bugs, rodents, etc to come in as well as the cooling/heating to go out. Please call or text host if u need any help. -Note: Please do not try to feed any fish. For aquarium maintenance purposes and so all our guests can enjoy the same great experience, kindly do not go past the red ropes or touch any of the aquariums or the aquarium glass, or anything related. Take your belongings and lock your cars as Airbnb and host will not be responsible for any theft or incident. No weapons allowed in this property at any time by the guest or visitors.
-Any out of the normal cleaning will be subjected to $350 extra for deep cleaning, besides the $200 fee for broken house rule. Shirtless or any indecent dressing is not allowed on the driveways, side and back alley areas. Trash can be placed by the garage on normal days and on the trash days the bags should be taken out night before and placed on the designated spot on corner of alley and fence. Please clean the countertops and empty fridge and pantry of your contents before you check out. Thank you!
-Please be mindful with the general care and decor of the house so we can offer the best to all of our guests. There is no eating or drinking in bedrooms or upstairs for cleanliness. We would like to be able to provide fresh, white linens to all our guests! Makeup towels and wipes are provided - please use those to help all our guests to be able to use soft white towels.
-Outdoor cameras located in the entrance (ring doorbell) and pool area for your safety. One indoor ring camera only in front of the saltwater aquarium for aquarium maintenance to make sure you can enjoy it to the fullest!

Visitors have to be disclosed and will be counted as extra guests, and will be subjected to the extra guest fee. Failing to disclose visitors/guests will be subjected to a violation fee besides the extra guest fee per person. For example, I will have 4 additional guests over from 7pm-10pm for dinner. Host would approve your request, and charge $24 per guest for that day.

This is a Residential Area, so please be conscious of noise levels and parking. Kindly follow and respect all the house rules listed.
