Our latest upgrade is a complete renovation of our pool! All new StoneScape surface is combined with new tile and surround for the most beautiful swim experience. Dive into the crystal blue waters and visit the turtle who is hiding in the shallow end. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the hidden waterfall into the pool. Pool lights welcome you to enjoy the water any time day or night. A brand new high capacity pool heater will keep the water nice and toasty for your enjoyment year round, and we don't charge to heat the pool.

At Copper Corral, we invest in our guests. This home is newly renovated and updated with all new furniture in the past year. We've upgraded the HVAC system to ensure a trouble free stay and decrease our environmental footprint. We've recently added the Pentair IntelliConnect pool automation system to enhance your stay. Our luxurious short-term rental property is equipped with this state-of-the-art system, allowing you to easily control the pool and spa with the push of a button. With its built-in safety features, you can relax and enjoy the pool and spa worry-free.

Our latest upgrade is a complete replacement of the balcony deck. Enjoy the sunrise looking out toward Lake Ray Hubbard while sipping your coffee from the custom coffee bar while enjoying the new composite deck.

- Watch the water and enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the morning sun on the private deck outside the Texas Sunrise Balcony Room. This room also features a walk in closet and king sized bed and luxury Casper mattress.
- Texas's unique beat will welcome you to this space to rest and recharge in the Deep Ellum Rhythms Room. It features another walk in closet and queen sized bed with Ashley Signature mattress.
- Stack the kids in the Bunk Room for a camp out. This room features a twin over full bunk bed and a second twin over twin bunk bed, or camp out in the play tent for an adventure! Plenty of room for the whole crew, and a fourth walk in closet provides plenty of storage. There is a pack and play crib in the closet for our littlest guests.

- Essential toiletries aren't just basic, they're high end. We supply luxury BeeKind toiletries in each bathroom to pamper yourself

- Cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dish supplies all provided free
- Free parking for up to 4 vehicles

We are pet friendly, so your four footed friends are welcome as well! We have all the amenities needed to make your furry family members feel right at home with a soft bed, bowls, and waste disposal bags for your convenience. We have a SpotBot floor cleaner for accidents, and our cleaners perform enhanced cleaning after every pet guest. We're happy to welcome your dogs and cats. Your family's safety is our first priority. For the little ones, we have a baby gate for the stairs, high chair, pack and play, outlet covers, and cabinet locks available. Our pool has a removable Premier Pool Safety fence, one of the best in the industry! It features an automatically locking gate and is strong enough to resist the most determined toddler. If you don't have kids and want an unobstructed view, take it down in less than 10 minutes.

This email is applied 2 days before arrival and is released once the cleaning crew confirms no damage upon checkout. The overnight guest limit is 12 people.
