The duplex is located in a residential neighborhood 7 minutes from Memorial Stadium, the State Farm Center, and downtown Urbana and Champaign! The queen bedroom has access to the backyard via a sliding door, and the other bedroom features two twin beds--all memory foam. Roku TVs are located in the main living area and in the queen bedroom. Reliable wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a one-car garage in addition to off-street parking in the driveway. The unit is wheelchair accessible. Come and see all that C-U has to offer!

A cozy holiday stay

The home was a wonderful place to stay when visiting my relatives. We really appreciated how convenient its location was to shopping and other amenities. The garage was a big plus in the cold weather as well. This was our second stay here and we certainly would do it again!

Weekend at U of I

Cute, little house. Quiet area and close to everything. Comfortable with everything you need. Lots of supplies there too. TP, paper towels, Kleenex, etc. Big tv in family room. Only suggestion, upgrade to a big coffee pot. It’s a mini there.

Quaint and Cozy

Place was as advertised. Easy check-in process. House actually fit three people very comfortably even with one bathroom. Backyard was a nice touch and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

A cozy place for a getaway to the grandparents. Great location with all the things we needed for meals and rest. I hope we can stay here again soon.

Football game

Perfect place for us to stay to attend U of I vs. Wisconsin football game. Great suggestions of restaurants and convenient to campus. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It’s a bit dated, as seen in the photos, but super clean. I wish it was available for my next dates, but sadly it isn’t. I would stay there again.

Cozy, comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay over thanksgiving. We were able to get away from the overcrowded family home and enjoy some peaceful time on our own. Very clean with nice amenities, close to some wonderful parks and grocery stores.

Family Reunion

This property was great and in a very good neighborhood, I was visiting for my family reunion and had no clue the location was so convenient to everything from groceries to retail, the furniture can be brought up mor to date but the cleanliness, great space, garage and gorgeous back yard supplemented that, I would absolutely book again..

Great find!

This is our third year coming to Champaign for football games and we've stayed in VRBOs every time. It was our first time in this place and it's probably the best we've found! It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was clean and well organized. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a really cute backyard with patio table and grill. We definitely would stay here again! Hope it's available!

Very nice

The check-in process was easy, beds were comfortable, plenty of soft towels, huge TV, warm, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, nice clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, good water pressure, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, neighborhood was quiet, a garage separates the apartments so we never heard the neighbor, and snacks, toiletries, and a good hair dryer. What more could you want?!

Perfect Weekend

This property was the perfect ‘HQ’ for my stay in the area. I was in town for our Veterans’ Organizations annual paintball charity fund-raiser event at Saltfork Paintball St Joseph, IL. This property was in the perfect spot for me to get to the field, and get back ‘home’ to rest before driving back to OH early Sunday morning. I’d gladly stay at this property again. Convenient and Clean

This little house is cozy and clean. The inside is recently renovated. I stayed here for two nights with my daughter over Mom’s Weekend. There are a few things that should be repaired or addressed. For example, there’s no bottom to the cabinet under the sink. The garage is very dark and dingy and very narrow. I didn’t utilize it because of this, plus there was no remote to work an opener, which is a safety concern if coming home after dark. The front door also sticks and hard to open. It suited its purpose, was close to campus. If your planning to do a lot of cooking, be aware that the kitchen is very small. Owner / Property Manager espoused but sometimes not for days.

Niece in Fighting Illini band, came for football game

Priscilla is a gem, as is this home. The year started off rough for our family and a weekend away to visit my niece and watch her in the Fighting Illini band during a game was a much needed break for my sister, husband and I. Priscilla went beyond gracious in providing us a welcome basket (thank you again for your kindness). My sister was amazed by the entire experience, as this was her first VRBO experience (much to her surprise, actually more affordable than the hotels she has been using to visit). The neighborhood was quiet. The house impeccably clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever found in a VRBO (when my husband and I travel, our first choice is always a VRBO listing). We were able to relax and enjoy a visit with my niece in a quiet comfortable home, which was a blessing. We used the kitchen a bit and it had everything we needed. Use of the garage was a welcome surprise and handy since it was raining as we loaded the vehicle to head home. It’s a good location for future visits and we will always check for availability here first. This will be the “gold standard” my sister will use for future VRBO stays.

Great place in quiet neighborhood

This property was so clean and neat. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
