This cozy space is an ideal home base for your Miami adventures, but please note, it is not a luxury apartment—it’s a simple, comfortable retreat for travelers looking for basic amenities in a central location.

You'll find yourself conveniently located, with the Port of Miami, home to all those exciting cruises, only 5.1 miles away. Jackson Memorial Hospital is just a 7-minute drive, and Marlins Park and the lively neighborhood of Little Havana are both a mere 5 minutes away. The bustling Brickell district is an 8-minute drive, making our location an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

For those looking to explore the city further, we're only a 10-minute walk from the Miami Brightline Central Station and about 15 minutes from Miami Beach (traffic-dependent, of course).

Inside the apartment, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable full-size bed with fresh linens, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The living room features an Ikea Hemnes day bed, making this space perfect for up to four guests.

Safety is a top priority in our building, and you can count on a quiet and secure environment during your stay. However, West Overtown is a developing area of Miami, and we recommend guests exercise general caution when outside the building, especially at night, as the surrounding neighborhood can feel less secure. Free street parking is available nearby, but please note that we do not offer private parking.

Neat and Tidy

Overall I had a lovely stay. Very basic however you get what you pay for. No complaints. Host contact number replied within the hour if not sooner. The only downside would be the area. People inside the unit complex were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend walking the streets especially by yourself.

Great pricing

The owner provided all details needed to enter property! Overall the property is an average Florida apartment. TV has apps that you can log into your personal apps (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney etc)Shopping/Grocery stores are convenient to walk, for anything you may need or forgotten. Bring pillows if you use them or buy them at the target which is a short walking distance away. (Pillows were very very thin)I didn't look around the apartment building for hot tub or laundry so I don't have any update for those items.
