Located in Little Habana, close to everything and 2 blocks away from Miami river.
Early check-in and late check-outs if available have extra charges.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.
Washer and dryer are available at the property with an extra charge.

-All rooms have 1 Smart TV, not cable. You will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc.
A Sofa bed in the living room + queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
