The house was very spacious and it accommodated my family needs. It’s close to PDX airport which I like being that we had an early flight to catch.I would very much stay at this place again.

Hi Fabio, I'm sorry to hear you think the house is overpriced. That's feedback I haven't heard before since I use software that bases the prices off of Portland average. If you are unsatisfied with a rental in the future please say something to the host so they can try to resolve it. I would have been happy to work with you if you had said something during your stay.

This house was wonderful and much bigger than I thought it would be. The decor was really pretty and I loved all the plants. This house was very close to the rose garden, which in our opinion was better than the International Rose test garden. This house is close to the airport which made it convenient after a long flight. I would definitely stay here again

Great Location

We really enjoyed visiting this property. The home is in great shape and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, great for walking/running and stores and restaurants are close. We would visit this property again.

This home was perfect for my family during a visit to Portland for Thanksgiving. It was clean, spacious, and cozy, appropriate for our entire family (from age 3 to age 80!). The host, Liam, was extremely responsive and very flexible with us when we needed to make some last-minute changes. We will certainly come back to the Cape Cod House!

House was charming with modern amenities. Big enough for my large family to stay comfortably. Great neighborhood and location, in walking distance to restaurants. The host was very quick to respond when I had a question and they were even kind enough to accommodate a request we had. I would definitely recommend this house and if we make another visit to Portland we would love to stay here again.

This property is so great for family hang out time. There is a great TV room in the basement and the front room is so pretty to sit in the morning enjoying a coffee. The upstairs bedroom with the king bed also has a little seating area with a TV to wind down at the end of the night.We traveled to Portland for a wedding and the house was perfect for my elderly in laws on the main floor. The downstairs walk in shower was great for them as well. We were Everyone raved about the comfort of their beds. The weather was pretty warm for the first couple of days, but the window until A/C kept us very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Comfortable beds, nice home

A group of six friends stayed two nights at this lovely home in Portland. We were all very comfortable in the beds. There were more than enough towels and nice linens. It's a cute older home with nice updates. We would stay here again.nimipfates

Boat Show Stay

Stayed the week while working at the Portland Boat Show. Great house in a great neighborhood. The house has been nicely remodeled and has all that we needed while we stayed. Always found parking close by and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Great selection of books to enjoy and a very nice basement family room.

Worked perfectly

My family was in town for my daughter's wedding and this house totally fit the bill. Just the right amount of rooms and room. Very clean, reasonably equipped, great, well located neighborhood. Just down the street from the Peninsula Park rose garden and close to lots of different restaurants. All in all a great stay.

Wedding weekend

Most importantly the beds are very comfortable.Location of this house is close to airport and downtown areas. Grocery store very close to house. Recommend getting a coffee pot, that is my only negative comment.

New to Oregon

Didn't know what to expect but it was a great stay. Everything was as expected. Great location to get to all the places we wanted to go and a friendly neighborhood. Very clean and neat house and we felt very comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone. Liam was easy to work with and was available if we needed anything.

Charming Home for a Weekend Away

The cottage was exactly as pictured in a charming residential neighborhood -- easy access from the airport, and easy street parking. Everything in the home is immaculate and while the house is 'vintage' the amenities are all modern -- updated everything! It was a perfect spot for our group of six (two couples, our mom & our aunt). We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was well appointed. For the coffee there was a french press & an electric kettle. The floor plan = Basement = family room & bathroom with shower Main Level = living area, kitchen, queen room, 2 twins room & bath with tub/shower Upper level = king room & queen room (no bath) We'd stay again, if in the area.

Love the walk to the rose garden park nearby, convenient Starbucks and Safeway too! Nice neighborhood. Close to university of Portland where we had multiple graduation activities! Great home base!
