FIRE PIT: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest must turn OFF BOTH fire pit and propane and after cooling, cover the pit. Guest responsible for damaged cover or drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: 2 parking spaces available in drive way. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guestâs vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
