If you love serenity, the outdoors and beautiful views, this apartment is perfect for you! This cozy apartment was recently remodeled with high end amenities and is perfect for the vacationing family, traveling retirees, Balloon Fiesta visitors, or professionals.

The inviting living room has a comfortable genuine leather sleeper sofa that features a queen luxury gel mattress and high end bedding. A smart TV is provided so you can watch any of your favorite streaming services. A selection of family board games is also available for your enjoyment. High speed internet is provided and will support work-from-home and multiple devices streaming at the same time.

The brand new remodeled high end kitchen features quartz counters, and all new and modern appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic spices and everything you would need to fix an on-the-go meal or cook for your entire family. The coffee bar is always stocked with fresh ground unlimited high end New Mexico Piñon coffee for your enjoyment.

The luxurious master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized high-end comfortable mattress, high quality bed linens, and comforters for a blissful nights sleep. A small reading library is provided. More than enough closet space and luggage racks are provided for your convenience.

The brand new modern hall bathroom has a tub and a shower to soak all your worries away. Spa quality invigorating Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash is provided for all guests.

The apartment is also equipped with an oversized washer, dryer and laundry soap for your convenience.

The nearest Albertsons grocery store is located 1 mile from the house. Bridges on Tramway which contains Boxing Bear Brewery and Tako Ten eatery is a short 7 minute walk or from your front door. The best hiking, biking, running, and walking trails are all located out your front and back doors.

The world-famous Sandia Peak Tramway is a short 10-minute drive from the apartment. Ride the tram to the top of Sandia Mountains to enjoy beautiful views of the city of Albuquerque below, access to Sandia Peak Ski Resort in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

Sandia Resort & Casino is only 15 minutes away, featuring an award-winning golf course open to the public, spa services, restaurants and concerts throughout the year.

Take a quick drive via I-40 to historic Albuquerque Old Town where you can shop the Plaza for authentic hand-crafted turquoise and silver jewelry. Get your fill of red or green chile at many local New Mexican restaurants before heading over to the Albuquerque Museum of Art & History, New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science, and Explora Science Museum for kids of all ages.

Absolutely Perfect!

Perfect for us! Easy access in quiet location. The house was spotless and every need was considered for our stay. Stocked kitchen that even included the local coffee. Bathroom had wonderful shampoo and lotion station plus fluffy towels. Bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was right out the door. Our host was great to work with, easy access and check out. Nice info book for restaurants and activities. Just go and relax! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Place and Location

We enjoyed our stay. Record high temps in Albuquerque while we were there - could have used a tutorial on the 'swamp cooler' included in the supplied property information. The location was great - enjoyed the apartment. We will consider staying here again if we come back to ABQ.

Great property! It was just the perfect size. I loved the fact that it had a full kitchen table and a sofa to sit on. So often smaller rentals don't have comfortable places to sit and relax. I will look for this place again for sure!

Great stay

Nice and quiet apartment and area, clean and felt safe! I stayed for about 2 weeks off and on while I attended classes in the area and it was a nice getaway at the end of each day. Restaurants nearby were great too! Jake was super responsive to a minor issue, too. Will definitely look at staying here if my schedule brings me into town again!

We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. The property and location were great. The owner was immediately responsive to a minor problem at the beginning of our stay. Could not have been any nicer or more accomodating! We will be returning!

In those 27 years, I really learned how to take care of my guests! I am now doing something I love in providing great experiences for my guests that stay in our home. I have been married to my lovely wife for going on 23 years and have two girls ages 19 and 14. I love to spend most of my free time traveling. We love exploring or spending time at the lake, river, or beach. I pride myself on being available for my guests any time by responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails.

This is my sixth short term property. I absolutely love this neighborhood because of it's location. It is perfect for everyone from the business traveler, the retired couple, or traveling family. If you love amazing views of the city and mountains, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, walking, running, skiing, dining, or breweries, this is the place for you! It is in one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Albuquerque. I also love it because it is convenient to every single thing Albuquerque has to offer. It is only 15 minutes from Balloon Fiesta park, so it is amazing to stay at for the Fiesta! The home is also convenient to I-40 which will take you to I-25 to spend the day in Santa Fe or anywhere else you want to visit.
