Couch in the living area pulls out to a queen Tempurpedic mattress bed. Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods. Washer and dryer available for use.
It was the perfect house for our stay. It was nice to have bodywash and shampoo in the showers. Loved the location because it was right down the street from family that we were visiting. Would definitely stay there again!!
This was our second stay in Kristinâs house, and it was just as nice as the first. Clean and well-appointed, with nice touches like coffee and sparkling water waiting when you arrive. We frequently walked in the neighborhood, and this seems to be what people do as we crossed paths with several friendly neighbors. Easy and quick host communication, convenient and quiet location. Recommended.
This was our second time staying in Nob Hill. The house and host could not be more delightful. The location is perfect for heading in any direction into or out of town. We definitely would like to stay again!
Clean, well-appointed house in quiet walkable neighborhood. Excellent communication with friendly and accommodating owner. Hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.
We came to ABQ to visit my daughter. Kris was the best hostess ever. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. She allows you to enjoy your vacation without ridiculous rules. I highly recommend her place. It was one of the best short term rentals Iâve stayed in-clean, great location, well stocked, and wonderful hostess.
We had an amazing stay, our family lives just around the corner so the location is great! The house is very comfortable and the beds were just right. The Nespresso machine was a wonderful bonus!
We have stayed at this property several times and it has our absolute favorite Host & property. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries, variety of restaurants, hiking/biking trails. Comfortable beds, great water pressure for showers, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated
From the start of the booking of this lovely home, Kristin was so easy to work with and helpful. When we finally arrived, we found the house clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, the towels thick and plentiful, and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. This is an established neighborhood, with neighbors out walking their dogs on the quiet street, so feels safe and comfortable, and it's got easy access to ABQ amenities. We're very much looking forward to returning in a couple of months! It's a house that feels like a home away from home.
Wonderful Home in a nice location with a friendly road runner.
My family went to Albuquerque for Thanksgiving to visit all relatives. We felt so blessed to find this perfect home to stay at. The home was clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and perfect for my family. It is centerally located and easy to travel from.
This home is designed perfectly. All the amenities for a comfortable stay in a convenient location are available. We would come back just to stay here.
The adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed our brief vacation in ABQ and Krisâ clean and quiet home was a fantastic launching pad for the Petroglyph National Monument, Museum of Natural History & Science, The BioPark Zoo and Explora. The home was art-filled, super cozy and well-stocked with towels and kitchen pantry items. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The Nespresso, luggage racks, and list of local food suggestions (we ate well at The Shop, Farina & Sawmill Market) were greatly appreciated! It was so fun to see snow in ABQ on our last day, too. Weâd like to visit again to ride the Sandia Peak Tram and go on more hikesâŠand when we do return, we hope Krisâ cute home will be available.
This is our absolute fav place to stay! Kris is an excellent host. Weâve stayed several times. Very comfortable beds, great showers, best stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood close to UNM, lots of restaurants & activities in ABQ to do! Highly recommend!!
This was a great place for relaxing in Albuquerque. The location is perfect for us - close to Nob Hill and walkable to the University, not to mention all manner of shops and restaurants and even an independent movie theater and a food coop. Kris made the experience simple. Access was easy, place is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It couldnât be better. Weâll be back.
Perfect spot in a perfect family-friendly neighborhood
Everything about the place was well-curated, spotless, stylish and yet simple. The neighborhood is close to transportation, great shopping and restaurants, and we enjoyed seeing neighbors out walking their pets. Kris was lovely to us. We hope to make a return trip to her place.
Beautiful, cozy home just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. Comfortable beds, living room, and great kitchen and dining area. Nice covered patio to relax in the evening and a grill to cook up a delicious dinner.
My name is Kris. I am a New Mexico transplant and have lived in Albuquerque since 2005. The NM landscape and culture has grown on me and I am happily rooted here now! I work in the clinical laboratory field in one of the big hospitals in town. It has been a challenging year or so, to say the least. My children both went to high school and college here, but now live out of state. I am currently living with my significant other not far from the house. I like the idea of having it enjoyed by friends, family and visitors when I am not there. I was a military brat growing up, so I have had the opportunity to travel and live in some beautiful places. To be in one place for this long enabled me to finally commit to buying a home and putting down roots. I love my little house and am happy to share it with people who will hopefully love it, too! Albuquerque and New Mexico both have so much to offer visitors! Enjoy your stay!
My home is in a beautiful neighborhood filled with young families, retired professionals and friendly people. It is walking distance to Route 66 (Central Avenue) and many of the galleries, shops and restaurants that line that road. The ART busses (Albuquerque Rapid Transit) have stops close by and will whisk you quickly to Old Town and Uptown.
The house at Marquette is close to the Albuquerque International Sunport, Kirtland AFB, two major hospitals, the Nuclear Museum, the University of New Mexico and numerous top-notch breweries. Quick access to both I-25 and I-40.
