This property is in a peaceful agricultural neighborhood populated by locals. Watauga Lake can be accessed by a 3 minute walk down the road, or by either of the marinas within a mile of the house. There is a large front and back yard, as well as a wooded area to explore. The front porch is a secluded place to have a private moment away from the family, while the large back porch sports a couch and 3 tables for gathering with the group, with an incredible Watauga Lake sunset view. All three bedrooms have queen beds, and one room has a twin trundle bed for extra accommodation. Access all your favorite streaming services from the brand new smart TV in the living area for movie night. Everything you need to make a meal (minus the groceries!) can be found in the kitchen.
