Kitchen The kitchen boasts convenience, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, double sink, microwave and stove. Save the space in your suitcase, all you need to bring is your food, spices and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils.
Living Room This exceptional Great Room was designed for guests to enjoy the abundance of natural light through the oversized windows surrounding the room, featuring vaulted ceilings for a bright and spacious feel. Entertain by the fire after your evening stroll to the village or enjoy a movie on a night-in on the flat-screen TV. Just steps away from your balcony walkout, enjoy a glimpse of the mountains without ever leaving your private retreat.
Bedrooms Your Blue Mountain rental has easy one-floor living with two bedrooms on the main floor. The first contains a Queen bed with morning views of the golf course through the large window. As you pass the four-piece bathroom, you’ll find another spacious bedroom containing two Twin beds with plenty of storage space. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary suite with King Bed and a three-piece ensuite. Guests in this room can enjoy the sunrise over the golf course and pond. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!
Guest access The hot tub is open year round, and the pool is typically open from the last week of May until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you`re curious about the pool being open!
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.
Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required! 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Spacious & Convenient
Lots of room for a family plus taking pets is a big bonus. Kitchen could use a few more pots, extra cutlery, etc. But overall, clean, lots of room to hang and very close to the village.

We had an overall great experience. The space was clean but it could have been a bit more cleaner. There was a few issues when we arrived but we contacted the property manager and they sorted them out quickly.

Wknd stay over March break
Very well located property (5min walk to the village), with views of the mountain. The property has a comfortable main room with a small (but well stocked kitchen), large table that sits 8 people comfortably. The gas fire place warms up the room. Wish it had a few more sports channels, stayed in one day because it was raining (but we weren't there to watch tv).
Beds are comfortable (1 queen, and a room with 2 singles on the main floor with a full bathroom...upstairs a king bed and another full bathroom). Overall a well layed out place. A bbq would be nice, and just some odds and ends around the house need to be fixed. We really enjoyed our stay (two families, 4 adults and 4 kids) Thanks again!

Worst Customer service and property
Let me start with my check in . I had to wait there for 20 mins as the door code was not working and i tried calling the customer care . No response after leaving couple voice mails we got call back for door code and then we opened the door . First thing i notice is the dust the house was so dusty and beds sheets were so dusty . Wifi was not working for our full stay . Some towels were kept on the bed but rest were just thrown in the cupboard unorgainzed . According to the property there were 2 washroom . 1 washroom was good to use 2nd was basically useless we could’nt take shower in it as the water was going outside the shower area and was useless could’nt use it we were 6 people had so issues bcoz of washroom . Once i went to master bedroom it was horrible dust at every single was bed was not properly placed and was so dirty . The kitchen had a dishwasher was not workinb until someone had to come fix it . Main lobby had no curtains but had wide windows! no privacy . I went for my first anniversary celebration but it was a mistake choosing this place . I hope they do some changes . If not would never recommend this place . Tried to reach out to the host never replies if they do may be after a day .
