Welcome to the vacation home you were searching for. Not only is this home beautiful and spacious but it is also only 10 min. to Disney. Swim under the stars while staying at this disney inspired home! It is perfect for families who want to stay close to Mickey!
This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has the best quality mattresses and furniture.It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to make you feel at home. We pride in the quality and cleanliness of our homes.

Perfect.

There was plenty of space for all of us and the whole place was very clean! The pool was an added plus everyday. We will stay here again.

Family vacation

Overall suited our sleeping needs, mattresses were firmer than most of us would like. There could have been more silverware and cooking utensils as well mugs for coffee. It was perfect for close distance to all Disney parks and universal parks. The host was extremely responsive with any questions asked. There were some really great restaurants close to the property.

Nice vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Had plenty of room for two couples. Enjoyed having a private pool. Place was an older property but clean. Storey Lake resort very convenient to any place we wanted to go.

Overall decent place that suited our needs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This property is spacious with ample seating. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed but it didn't impact our stay. The photos for this property were obviously taken when the property was new and there has definitely been some wear since these pictures were taken. The place could use a nice deep cleaning, carpets cleaned, and some furniture replaced. My main complaint would be with the lack of communication from the host. I tried numerous times to contact the host via messaging on VRBO, voicemail, email, text with questions in the months leading up to our stay with zero response. Didn't hear from them until 2 days before our arrival. All that said it's a decent place and met our needs.

Pros and Cons but mostly ok

We were splitting our vacation between Disney and Universal. This was closer to Disney. Upon arrival the place seemed great. The chairs are older but they still worked fine. There was a bed that looked like someone with bare feet stepped on it, but I contacted the owner and new sheets were delivered the next day. The place needed some minor maintenance but it wasn't bad. It did have a smell of an older home, but it wasn't terrible and there were air fresheners all around. My family of 4 went with my parents. I liked that the two bedrooms and a bathroom were down the hall, and it was like we had our own area. The double bed was very firm but the rest of the beds seemed more comfortable. My parents stayed in the master bedroom. I also liked how many bedrooms there were, for anyone that snored, they took the bedroom downstairs. I will say that every bathroom could use more towel bars or hooks, but I say that at every vrbo we stay at. The pool area attached to the house was nice. The light cover was coming off, but my kids didn't mess with it. The pool was clean. We went to the neighborhood pool and that was really nice. It was free with a copy of the reservation. We had no issues getting in with the gate or getting out. The deck box by the front door is for the garbage. We weren't sure when we checked in, but then saw the garbage men picking it up. Check out was easy, we just needed to take out the garbage.

Maintenance needed

There are some maintenance issues here. But all are within most people’s tolerance level. Except the swimming pool’s heater not working… so very disappointing.

Pictures are way out of date!

I'll start with the positives. The space was completely adequate. Could easily accommodate 5 or 6 adults & 2 or 3 kids. The beds were comfortable. I requested pool heat & the pool was heated. Grands were able to enjoy the pool! The location is great. Close to Disney parks & also Walmart, Target & Publix are close. I did have good response from the host when contacting her. The negatives are basically the house wasn't clean & needs some serious updating. The carpets are very worn, but also look very dirty. A good shampooing would help tremendously! One of my grands lost their mouthgard in the night & we looked under the bed....There were candy wrappers under both beds in the kids room & not the kind of candy we had brought! There was mildew in the main shower. The kitchen towels were either very worn or not clean, wasn't sure on that & there is a minimal amount of them. The dining chairs for the table are vinyl covered & so worn the covering literally flakes off when you sit on them. The sofa is ok, but really should be updated as it is looking pretty worn as well. Last, but not least...we found a tooth on the dresser in the main bedroom....Looked like a child's. We checked the grands mouths & they had all of theirs so either the last people that stayed there lost it or the cleaning people. We should not have found that!! This place could easily have been a 5 star review, but it needs some serious cleaning & updating!!

Prime location for Disney and Orlando

Overall this was a very nice VRBO to stay at, the location is perfect only 10 minutes to Disney and 20-30 depending on traffic to Universal Studios. Because this VRBO is in Stoney Lake you get complimentary access to the pool. Make sure when you check in you go to the front to get the gate pass and not the back entrance-you need it to enter every time you go back to the Vrbo. Once you have that pass you need to present it to the pool area to get your wrist bands for the day. (You need new wrist bands daily). Go at 9am and reserve seats, Monday through Friday isn’t crazy busy but Saturday was very busy. The pool, lazy River, water slides and splash pad were awesome. You have to buy food and drink from them but is mostly reasonable priced. The house itself has all the bare essentials the only downsides to this place were -very bare minimal essentials (no blankets, no extra cooking utensils) -only one burner works on the grill the other two burners are broke -towel racks in the upstairs bathrooms are broke Go for dinner at Millers Ale House only a few minutes away, the food was amazing.

More information would have been helpful...

The only real issue we had with the property was that there was no welcome book or anything to help us know what to do with trash as well as check out expectations. We figured out the trash situation by watching the neighbors and cleaned the property to the best of our ability before checking out but a welcome guide, or the like with property information about the Club etc would have been very helpful. The property was perfect for housing our family over Thanksgiving for access to the parks, etc., and there was plenty to keep the little ones occupied while we weren't in the parks.

Great property but zero communication

Property was great. The townhouse was clean and had plenty of space. Nice little pool along with the water park availability. Zero communication with property owner. Asked numerous times for the pool to be heated with no response. I started messaging the owner in may and never got a response. Tried messaging them about 4 times before our trip and got no response. The day we arrived I got a generic email response with none of my questions answered. So all in all property was great and we really enjoyed it. But communication is key to having a better experience. Very disappointed in that

Rental was canceled 45 minutes before checkin due to an alleged error in double booking when it was paid in full a month prior. I certainly wouldn’t count on this lady if you plan on needing a place to sleep when you actually arrive in Orlando.

Great place.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and spacious. There was an arcade in the living room that was stocked with games. I introduced my girls to Mario and we had blast. The complex was pretty and we enjoyed taking walks around the water. It was really close to Disney as well. The internet was a bit slow for us at times . The homeowner responded to texts quickly.
