Bienvenue à Storey Lake à l'intérieur de la maison de ville Covey Resort.

Storey Lake est l'une des plus récentes communautés de villégiature de la région d'Orlando en Floride.

Le complexe est situé à l'angle de State Road (SR535) - également connu sous le nom de Kissimmee-Vineland Road - et d'Osceola Parkway. Storey Lake est proche de toutes les principales attractions de Disney World, Universal Studios et SeaWorld. Tous les types de restauration, de la chaîne de restaurants à la gastronomie, sont à proximité. Et, des magasins d'usine spectaculaires sont à quelques minutes du lac Storey.

Cette belle maison de ville de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains plaira à coup sûr. Le plan d'étage ouvert est joliment décoré partout et comprend un écran plat de 55 pouces dans le salon. Les 5 chambres peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et comprennent 1 chambre lit king-size, 2 chambres lit queen-size et 2 chambres lits jumeaux. Préparez vos repas dans la cuisine entièrement meublée et dînez ensemble - il y a beaucoup de sièges à la fois à la grande table de la salle à manger et au bar de la cuisine! La pataugeoire privée vous procurera du plaisir au soleil pendant que vous prenez le bronzage parfait. Le WIFI gratuit et une laveuse et une sécheuse sont inclus.

Viviana was very accomodating and the place is as advertised! The campus is centrally located to everything you want to do in and around Orlando.

A Magical Stay

This townhouse was exactly as described and we thought it was extremely clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Having the pool was a plus for some downtime between visiting parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location, great all around

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was immaculate, well appointed and conveniently located close to Disney. The community facilities were also great and every one was very nice and accommodating, thanks to Viviana for a great place to enjoy our vacation!

Nice and quiet

The complex was fairly empty the weekend we were there, so was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and had store and restaurants right across the street.

Great place and great location

We loved this condo. Plenty of space for multiple families. Kids loved having the personal pool. Great location, easy drive to all parks. Owner was always quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property

The property was exactly as described and the kids loved the private pool and their own bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property and will seriously be looking for it next time we come to Storey Lake(this is our second time staying in Storey Lake). Communication was great with the host and was able to answer all our questions quickly, prior to our arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze with the property. If you’re on the edge of deciding to choose this property, I highly recommend that you choose this one and make sure for the winter months you inquire about the pool heat, as it is a must. Plus with a washer and dryer, don’t need to pack a lot of clothing. The property comes with all the linens and towels that you should need for you stay and the grocery stores are like a 5 min drive away for anything else required for you stay.

Excellent home

I enjoyed my stay here. Spacious home with televisions in every room. Very clean. Washer and dryer is included along with pots, pans, dishes, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property for bigger groups

We loved the time we spent in this home! It was clean, up to date and perfectly suited for our larger group. We had more than enough space, the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and waterslide area during our downtime from the parks. We found it to be around a 20 min maximum drive to almost every park (Disney and Universal). We'd love to come stay here again someday!

Great Location for Conference Lodging

We liked the proximity to stores and restaurants and that there was not very congested traffic in this area. The place is newer, attractive, and easy to navigate. We didn't use the amenities due to staying on the conference schedule, but everything really looked nice. We enjoyed the short commute to our conference location (Coronado Springs Resort) -- almost a straight shot. Everything about checking in and out was very easy. We would recommend it and will stay here again, if available, next year.

big villa -

This villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of private space while still providing good sized communal areas. Our favorite was the screened patio beside the private pool. I wish there had been a map of the walking trail over to the water park - took us a few days to figure that out!

Perfect for the Parks

Great property, very well kept and nice furnishings. Perfect location close to parks, nice set up as well. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for all. We had 6 people stay 2 couples and 2 kids with a room to spare. Didn't get to check out clubhouse. Viviana responded quickly and was professional.

Clean and spacious

Overall it was quite good, we had very little time in the home (we came back every evening at around 1am and left at 8am). But it was clean and having 4 bathrooms was great.

Perfect location... security and owner was great

We had a wonderful long weekend with family. My oldest son just got back from deployment and wanted to take his nephews to Disney. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean, beds comfortable and the location was perfect! The only reason I didnt rate a 5 was because downstairs was a little warm, and we were told not to turn the ac down, and I wish there was somewhere to dispose daily of the trash other than the bench out front.

Great home!

We had a wonderful time! This home was very nice and spacious. Very close to all the attractions in Orlando! We had nice a nice pool outback and the kids went in everyday! We spent time at the beach... Drive time to east coast 1.5hrs and west coast 2hrs, but well worth it! Over all we had a wonderful time and the home was a home away from home! I can't wait til they complete the resort! We shall return! Thank you Vivian!

Beautiful Condo Near The Parks

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and had some issues with the condo (electricity was out in two rooms and the front door would not unlock/lock properly). My family was a little upset upon arrival, but all the issues were addressed and solved within a day. The management company was very helpful. The owner also refunded us a day due to the issues, so I feel we were compensated fairly for our troubles. Besides that, the condo was new, beautiful and close to Disney. We swam in the pool in the back and enjoyed the property. It had just about everything a group would need for a short stay. If you're looking for a place to stay with 5 bedrooms, this place would do the job.

Great Property!!!!

This home was really nice and clean. Vivianna responded very fast to all of our questions and request. We were 10-15min away from the parks, and 2-4min away from shopping and restaurants. The very first day we just went grocery shopping and bought all the food and households toiletries that we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning, dinner a couple nights, and we used the kitchen to pack snacks, water and sandwiches for the long day at the park. This is very hard to do in a hotel room. I would guess this saved us a lot money, because the fiid and snacks are expensive in the parks. We had 6 people and had an Open room, you can easily put 2-3 more people. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice stay in Orlando

The property was as expected. Nice, spacious and clean! The property is located in a great, safe neighborhood. If it were not for our experience with the check in process I would 100% stay here again. However, there in lies the problem. The check in process was a hassle because we had to meet the property manager at the property manager’s office. The office closed at 6pm the day of check in and that was not clearly communicated. I happened to call the property manager and was told that if we were not at the property Manager’s office by 6:00pm we would not have access to the property and that was their policy and if we didn’t arrive on time there would be nothing we could do to access the house the day of check in. We made it to the property manager’s office at 5:55pm and were able to check in. I have never had to go to an offsite place to check in and have never been told that I only had a 2 hour window to check in. I couldn’t check in before 4pm and the latest was 6pm due to the property manager’s availability. This is the reason why I would probably not here again. Otherwise all was well. The property is a great and clean property.

Great Stay

I am one to do much research and look into reviews, so I am writing this to help others. We stayed at this property over the thanksgiving holiday and it was a great experience. The property owner and management were great with communication from the get go. Owner answered all questions and messages in a timely matter, even on the holiday when we arrived and the grill was not on property-she got that arranged and dropped off next day. A few things about this property. Very roomy! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and felt comfortable. Seating was limited in living room but that was ok as we all went to our rooms by the evening. Pool heat was extra-but well worth it! There are NO beach towels, just regular small bath. So if you are planning a trip, bring some. Traveling with an infant invest in a travel highchair like we did as there is not one at property. Also, no hot pads. There was a burn mark on the dining table from this probably being a previous issue. Upstairs beds are VERY worn out. We slept in the king and there was a big hump in the middle that separated us. Pillows very flat. Just things that need to be replaced over time that haven’t. Location was great, the resort is nice and safe is very friendly. We will definitely stay in this area again. Hope this review helps anyone in the future!
