This beachfront studio is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even a small family! Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice view but maybe get a different cleaning company.

Stayed for 2 days with my wife as an extension to our vacation.the view was amazing, BUT I’m not sure if the people who stayed directly before me smoked cigarettes and poured beer all over the floor, but that’s what it smelled like. we were disappointed with how strong the cigarette smell was as neither of us smoke. Other than that it would have been a good spot.

Great little place!

This place was just perfect for a 2 person long weekend getaway! Clean and a great balcony view! I liked that you can pull the wall out to separate the bedroom. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Labor Day weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a Labor Day weekend getaway! The location was perfect and loved how easy and close it was to the beach! The condo was clean and just what we needed for the 2 of us. The only negative was that we never were able to connect to the WiFi, but not a big deal!

Simple , Clean , Cozy & beautiful views of the beach !

This place matched the ad exactly , it was the perfect spot for a couple . The high light is the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to get to the beach . The place was super clean and provided toiletries , more than enough towels , kitchen supplies - dish soap, dish detergent , sponge , trash bags etc . It was overall perfect , would stay again

Perfect stay for my needs

I traveled to OCMD on my own for a few days. My trip included a basketball tournament, the beach and good eats. This property, while a bit outdated, fit my needs perfectly. The balcony had an unbelievable view and came with a comfy couch and chair. The bed was fine and the recliner was a very nice touch. The ceiling fans kept the need of the ac unit running 24/7. I’d stay here again no question

The views and location were great otherwise okay

The views and location were perfect. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The furniture very outdated. The drying rack for clothing/towels was broken and being held together by tied trash bags. The floor trim was completely loose. The unit was good for 2 adults and a child.

Never again

Granted, I was staying out of season. But, I couldn't leave one day because they painted the hallway floor. I left 3 days early because the toilet broke.

Total crap hole

The view of the ocean was the only good thing. The things we didn’t like were the mouse turds all over, the freezer that smelled like fish, clogged toilet and the manager on site wouldn’t help us locate a plunger, filthy stained sofa sleeper mattress, and upon checkout a Vacasa staff person who didn’t seem to care about our experience at all.

Need some repair

The air conditioner needs someone to look at it as it is really noisy in the apartment. The front screen door does not close all the way because of the lock box on the inside door needs a new type of shower as you can’t move it.

Meh

Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Literally had to sleep on the couch the last two nights. Good luck figuring out the light situation…there needs to be like a piece of tape to tell you which switch goes to what. The floors were disgusting, we had to mop them ourselves. Still gross afterwards. Bring slippers, that’ll help. No floor mat in bathroom, had to use our own towel. Pool was nice. View was nice. It was just “ok” for the price, I suppose.

Inside is ok and that’s that…

Me and my family traveled from NJ a 4 hour drive and got there at 8pm expecting to get settled and plan our night and rest of our vacation. Until we get there to my surprise we had to travel offsite to get keys not horribly but inconvenient at the time but not worst. We get to the parking lot and had to pay $40 for parking for a stay of only 2 nights which was unexpected as well. But the worst of everything is that our room was just starting getting cleaned at 8pm at night!!! We had to wait with hungry kids and a pregnant wife for the room attendant to finish cleaning at 8pm. That’s an experience that made my rating what is a 2 star rating which I normally never give bad reviews but it really effected my short stay at arrival all of these issues, fees, and having to travel 15 away from my stay to get keys to the room. Also, the hallways had really bad lighting and the storm door was really dirty and looks undesirable. Outside of that the room was nice and had a great view.

Pictures in online listing did not actually represent rented unit. At check in, was given two keys. One of the keys did not work in deadbolt lock, and was very difficult to use in regular lock. Most of the electrical outlets were inaccessible, required moving furniture. Lights on either side of bed were not plugged in. Elevator call button in lobby did not work properly, required multiple pushes to get elevator to come. Was not told had to pay for parking until after I made reservation. Location of parking permit dispenser made it difficult to use as sun shone on it and could not see screen. Parking lot is primarily dead end rows, so cannot easily move from one row to other if row was full. Accessing site was difficult as old guard shack is in place which constricts vehicle movement into and out of property.
