It's hard to tear yourself away from the awesome beach views from your balcony. Speaking of this feature, your balcony is accessible directly from the living area and the master bedroom at Bluewater 505. Considered a 'couple friendly' condo there are four large beds with no twin beds, namely a king-size bed, queen bed and two doubles in this lovely three-bedroom, two-bath property.

Excellent service just a few suggestions

Loved the view and accessories. The cooking tools and utensils were most helpful. I just think you guys really need to get new treadmills and equipment. Definitely an expansion on it as well. Some of your balcony chairs could be replaced. Still wonderful experience.

Loved our rooms and accessories. However, there are some things you could improve. Workout room your treadmill doesn’t work myself and others tried to get it to start. You could use a few dumbbells and an expansion. Not enough remotes we were trying to have one everyone but that wasn’t the case. Still a great stay and will always have a love for Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Condo in need of some TLC

The unit felt neglected and worn down. The sliding patio doors in the living room and master bedrooms seals are broken, so it was hard to enjoy the ocean view through the fogged up cloudy windows. The carpet throughout the living areas and bedrooms was old and stained and should really be replaced at this point. Walls and baseboards were scuffed and paint peeling, really in need of a fresh coat. The bathroom vanities - all of them the fake wood is peeling off of them. Faucet in standalone bathroom leaking nonstop.While it looked clean on the surface, we found candy wrappers, bottle caps, and other trash behind and even beside the furniture in plain sight. Clearly if this trash is out in plain sight on the floor and still there when we arrived, made us think that the floor was not even vacuumed. The kitchen had toothpaste smeared on the wall and also in the master bedroom dresser. Sticky and gross. Showers had hair in them.The beds, while comfortable, only had a sheet and a second flat sheet as a cover—no comforters or quilt – literally another sheet, and just one small blanket in each closet – so only 2. No hangers in any closet. Small details, but they add up. The front left stove burner didn’t work at all, lights under the microwave were out, and the toaster is broken inside it and needs replaced. Hardly any cooking utensils. No baking sheets or oven mitts. Overall, the unit felt very bare-bones and in need of maintenance. Great location, would not stay again though.

The location was good
but there were underwear from the previous renter under the bed, contacted VACASA and was told to “move them to the side and they would send someone to get them”
ummm NO! The batteries in the remote were dead, we had to purchase some ourselves. The mattresses in the other rooms were hard as bricks! The condo definitely could have been cleaned more and could use an upgrade. I will not return.

While the kitchen has lots of pots and plates/cups, there was hardly any cooking utensils. There were no baking sheets or oven mitts. Overall, the unit felt very bare-bones and not well cared for. It desperately needs maintenance, deep cleaning, and a bit of love. I would recommend looking elsewhere—there are better options in the area that are cleaner, more comfortable, and a better value for the money.

Great location a little dated condo

The indoor and outdoor pools, beach access was awesome!!!I loved the balcony view. The kitchen was decent, but the walls needed a paint job, the guest bathroom’s faucet leaked constantly.The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. The location is great - close to a Walmart!I would recommend this place for those looking for a great place on the beautiful beach!

The property space was perfect for 3 families, enough silverware and dishes, beds are good and a beautiful view. The condo needs some updates a new painting, the glass door to the balcony needs some cleaning the glass looks blurry, the baseboard, door knobs, new dryer, and much more small things, it need really need a deep clean ASAP the con is very dusty! Beds boards, fans, and tvs, mirrors were dirty an a lot of hands printed. Other than that fit was perfect.

Bluewater hasn’t disappointed

We’ve stayed at Bluewater several times and the property is awesome. Even with construction going on, covered pathways were provided for safety. The beach, outdoor and indoor pools are wonderful. This condo needs a few fixes but didn’t deter from our fun.

Great for family vacation

This condo has all everything you need for nice family vacation — plenty of room to stretch out, big deck, great location, kitchen/appliances, and alternate pools of the beach isn’t your thing.

Cramped family vacation

We had a great vacation. As to the location it was close to good restaurants, souvenir stores and grocery stores. We were a little disappointed in the condo itself. Hard beds, small family room for six adults and a toddler. No tv in the bedroom with the queen bed. There was a place for it. It was just missing. All remotes were missing batteries. There was a light out in the family room, I called management and someone brought batteries the next day. No bulb or answer for the missing tv. I was expecting more for the price. Overall the experience was good.
