Wake up each morning to the sound of ocean waves in this air-conditioned condo, where you'll have a full kitchen, an open dining area with both a circular table and a breakfast bar, and a private balcony just beyond the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Enjoy a flatscreen TV in the living room, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to provide you with dry bathing suits and beach towels each morning.

Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Nice comfy place to stay

Everything was as describe. There was some water damage by the refrigerator that looked like it may of had some mold but did not affect anything with our stay. The starter pack is nice because i definitely didnt feel like going shopping the day we arrived. The master bed room bed was very comfortable. I didnt lay on any other beds but the kids didnt complain that they were not comfy so i am assuming they were comfy also. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Average accommodations

Lighthouse has wonderful amenities and the pools and beach access are great with kiddos! That being said, this particular condo could use a refresh and was lacking basics in the kitchen.

Beautiful views and great location

Comfortable beds but housekeeping needs a good bit of improvement on cleanliness of floors tubs and toilets. The kitchen pans desperately need to be replaced. Other than that the property was comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the balcony

Great !!

After booking this condo , I read several reviews , many were negative and I was worried we wouldn't enjoy our weeks stay, once arriving and getting checked in , I was pleasantly pleased, the condo was very clean, the view was perfect from out balcony.. we stayed from Monday _ Sunday with absolutely NO issues !! Would Definitely stay in 511again ! #Vaca 2024

Needs some maintenance

The condo needs some maintenance. There are cover plates missing on several power outlets. The garbage disposal didn’t work properly. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing the cord to turn off the ceiling fan, as opposed to the cord for the light. So we couldn’t turn the fan off unless we turned the light off as well.

Looks way better in pics than it is!

Let’s start with the good. The view is awesome! The Lighthouse has great amenities and is in a great location. The pools and hot tubs were great. Easy beach access. Now to the not so great part. The condo itself was disappointing. The pictures are very deceiving. It looks very nice online, but everything in it is older, stained and worn down. There was only one spoon and two bowls in the whole place. The master shower needs a caddy or something. There is only a teeny, tiny shelf that barely holds anything. There weren’t very many towels. The ones there were raggedy and stained up. Felt a little gross. Towels are cheap and easy to replace. The comforters on the beds are basically just thin sheets and there was only one blanket in the whole condo. We would definitely stay at The Lighthouse again, just not in this particular condo. It was a little disappointing and didn’t feel very nice or homey.

Not up to our normal standards of Vacasa and Lighthouse Condiminiums

The reservation and checking in was no problem. You do need to read the small print because above the fee for condo comes with an additional $40.00 to park one car. When arriving, we found the furniture dirty and Stained. It looked like it was 30 years old. Not like the pictures. The Box springs were exposed, no covering. The shower head in the guest bath barely came out and the tub when filled had black debris. So with that said, that bathroom was useless. The master baths shower head was a pipe and a shower head that looked like it was missing parts. The jacuzzi ran out of hot water before it ever reached the jets. There is Sheetrock mud exposed with no paint. Everything from the flatware which had 4 forks and 4 spoons at the most to the towels that were so thin, you could almost see through them. The mattress on the Master bed was horrible. There were valleys where you rolled into and a peak in the middle.It was not worth the rates that were the-same as a nice unit. We have stayed in two different units through Vacasa at the Lighthouse that were wonderful. unit 511 is blacklisted for us. We work very hard to have money for vacations and this was a disappointment.

Location was great the floors were filthy

When we walked in the door you smelled bleach so you assumed everything was clean until you walked barefoot on the floors and your feet were black. The floors were not sandy but not cleaned properly. It takes more than slopping a mop around to clean a floor. Trying to use the hot tub was not easy because you ran out of hot water before it was full enough to use. We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse several times but not this room. We will not stay in this room again

Good room

All service reps were helpful. Room was clean. There are a few drywall spots on the wall. Looks like they are getting ready to repaint this winter. However, these didn’t affect our stay at all. Had all the kitchen items we needed. All appliances worked. The AC worked great. I would recommend this room to anyone. Have fun!!

Overall Great Condo-could use better cleaning and has messed up drains

Really loved location of condo and the condo as a whole. The floor was dirty(my 10 month old had dirty hands feet and knees after crawling on the floor for 5 minutes). And the shower in the spare bathroom was messed up. The bathtub drain in the master bathroom was also messed up which was inconvenient for bathing. Overall had a good experience but could definitely use a good cleaning.

The only negative I have to say is the shower heads needs a little work. Everything was clean, we really enjoyed staying in this unit. I think $40.00 for parking is a little high and it should be included with reservations

Great place to stay!!!

The condo was in the middle of repainting but was still lovely and perfect for 2 people. Right in the beach with easy access to the beach, pools, and local restaurants.
