This light-filled condo has a comfortable elegance about it, offering central air-conditioning, cool tile floors, and furnishings in soft shades of blue and white. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and new dishwasher and range, an adjacent dining space, and an inviting living room with ample seating, a TV, and glass doors that lead outside to the Gulf-front balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and TVs in both bedrooms.

Ocean House is a beachfront property with a large, seasonal, zero-entry outdoor pool, a small kiddie pool, and a grilling area for you to enjoy. In this wonderfully central part of Gulf Shores, you'll be two miles west of Gulf State Park and only one mile from Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Amazing condo!I was diagnosed with extensive stage for small cell lung cancer last july and my husband and i were unable to celebrate our honeymoon and or wedding anniversary. We decided that after i got through chemo immunotherapy and radiation if i was feeling better that we will plan a trip to the gulf shores of alabama. I searched and searched for months online until i found the perfect place and i can say that it was actually perfect. This condo was clean had everything you needed to cook use the dishwasher, towels, and all the amenities needed right there in one place. It had everything that anyone could ever need on a vacation. The balcony was amazing to wake up to everyday and then settle down with a dinner on it also. The sunrise was beautiful also from the balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone i have it saved in my file so that when we return to the golf shores we will be renting this condo again. Very spacious bright and airy. Thank you to vacasa for an incredible view and clean place to stay. We will be back. Also one more no it was very peaceful.

The condo was in a great location for walking to restaurants. The balcony was large with great views on the beach. The building had 2 walkways to the beach with 6 outdoor showers. Large outdoor pool to enjoy as well. The condo itself provided enough space for 2 of us. The condo needs some deep cleaning and some updates. Vents and ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them. Looks like mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom. Fridge was leaking water on to the floor. Toilets are made for petite people. Shower pressure very aggressive. Thin walls and windows so we could hear everything. Tv remote did not work in main bedroom.

Very nice stay.

Very nice stay with a homey feel. Our unit was clean and well maintained. Easy beach access for my “new” knee and nice pool area. Close enough to make dining out or shopping easy, but not so close as to be noisy at our complex.

Great Stay!

Great location, very clean, had what we needed.... will stay this one for another vacation. If I had to say anything, could have had a few more variety of pots and pans, and few more towels. We had just enough for everyone to shower once but if anyone needed to shower before we washed or just needed an extra towel we were out of luck.... BUT we definitely made it work and not a deal breaker... over all 10/10 for me.

Needed rest

I loved having bedroom that was beach side. Only issue we had is shower in other bedroom. Got a lot of water on floor during shower. Not sure if it was due to water not going down fast enough during shower. The ice maker makes you think someone is knocking on the door but it kept ice coming. Bed was very comfortable.

Great place with beautiful view

Went with family for a vacation. The condo appeared clean when we arrived. The washer/dryer were great to have in the unit. The kitchen came with bake/cookware needed if planning to utilize kitchen. It was very convenient to the beach. Furniture/beds were comfortable. Didn't have any issues with construction that was advertised in listing - never heard any construction noise or had any of the amenities disrupted because of it. Overall it was a great stay.

Too many noises.

We were aware that the buildings we’re going through renovations, but, if we would have known what actually was going on we would not have stayed there. Parking was a challenge because there were so many construction vehicles, etc. in the parking lot. Couldn’t find anyone to get a parking pass. Very stressful that I almost started crying. My husband finally found a telephone number to call. Door was unlocked when we arrived and a bottle of water was on the table. Floor was dirty and furnishing were dusty. They did have a nice girl come in to wash it. Construction noises throughout our stay. Drilling, pounding and constant beeping of heavy construction equipment outside. Patio was very dirty too. No hot tub that was advertised. Could only use half of the pool. Good points were the view, nice microwave and furniture & bed were comfortable enough. Again, if we would have understood the under construction more we would not have stayed here.

Okay, not great

The location is good and proximity to the beach is great. The condo itself is a decent size. The master room and bathroom are very narrow. Vacasa sent us a code for a lockbox to obtain the key to the condo, but they didn’t tell us where the lockbox was located so we had difficulty getting in. That was very frustrating because we weren’t able to arrive until late at night. I’m a stickler for cleanliness, and I always joke that I leave a place cleaner than when I found it. That being said, that is definitely true for this place. The coffee pot was so gross and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. There was mold and mildew in the water reservoir. There was mildew on the faucet head in the kitchen and stains on the couch. One of the chairs on the balcony was ripped and shredded on the seat. There was stains on the nightstand in the master bedroom (something brown dripping down that had dried). The headboard was super dusty. My biggest problem was the master shower- it did not drain and completely filled up with water when using it- like up to my knees, it was disgusting. The water from the master shower also sprays out sideways from the shower head and soaks the bathroom floor. Needless to say, we didn’t use that shower anymore. We used the tiny shower in the 2nd bedroom that also needs a new shower head because it sprays everywhere and you can’t adjust it. I really like Vacasa, and I’ve had great experiences staying in their rentals. This place wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t the best. I felt stressed on what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away with my husband. Alas, if you’re considering this place I would spend the extra $$ and stay somewhere else.

Great location, Beautiful views

Our stay was wonderful, clean room with a great view of the ocean. The condo is a family friendly unit/beach with a great pool! Our condo is updated with newer appliances and countertops. The only negatives are the website is not updated to state a charcoal grill and no workout room available and a foul smelling elevator due to a plumbing issue. (not in the owner's control) We recommend staying here!

Good spot for a short vacation stay.

The beach front balcony was the best part with plenty of seating. The unit was clean and adequately stocked for a vacation spot. Just wish the bedding was a bit softer. Overall pleasant stay.

Clean and spacious condo

We loved this condo for our weekend getaway! The condo itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. The zero entry pool was so nice but our favorite part was the easy beach access. We would definitely stay here again!
