Ocean House 2606 est un 3 salles de bain unité coin de l'ouest 2 chambres, situé au 6ème étage avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique. Les unités de coin 2 chambres 3 de bain �� Ocean House ont une salle de salon surdimensionné surplombant la plage. Ocean House 2606 a mis à jour le carrelage dans le salon et dans les chambres. L'unité a été décoré avec goût et dispose d'un grand balcon bord du golfe et d'un balcon au nord-petit côté hors de la chambre à coucher.

La chambre principale a un roi et 2ème chambre ont un lit queen size. Le salon a un grand canapé-lit. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue image parfaite en bord de mer depuis le balcon. Que ce soit pour un court ou un long week-end semaine, notre condo a ce que vous cherchez!

Ocean House II est à distance de marche des restaurants de fruits de mer, des commerces et de la plage publique de Gulf Shores (mais vous pouvez aussi marcher juste à l'extérieur de ce condo et sur la plage). Il ya de nombreux terrains de golf dans la région avec des taux pratiques.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and having the third bathroom was a great bonus since we were traveling with teenagers. There were issues with the elevator early in our stay, but those seemed to be resolved. Overall, would stay again.

No hot tub as in info. Unit was not as clean as needed. Floors were dirty. Beach was beautiful but very crowded. Lanai furniture needs cushions. Maintenance responded quickly to concerns. All in all had good week.

The location is nice in that everything is walkable but driving isn’t a hassle either. Parking was easy. The shower with adjustable nozzle was great for cleaning our son off after hanging in the ocean and pool. The staff worked hard to keep the pool area clean and everyone was pleasant. I would book this unit again.

Girls Trip

This condo was very spacious. The pictures did not do it justice. Everything about it was good. The location was great, as well as very close to tons of good restaurants. They walk from our elevator to the pool and to the beach was extremely short compared to other places I’ve stayed. We will definitely keep this on our list to come back to.

Great quarantine getaway!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location and accommodations are exactly what we needed to achieve our objective - to socially distance in a family-friendly location with a great view! The building was pretty full but there was plenty of space at the pool, very little waiting at the elevators, and truly was just a great place to vacation with kiddos. Appliances were updated and having 3 bathrooms was a great plus! Close proximity to restaurants and stores, though we cooked almost every meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Would recommend for families and we'd definitely visit again.

Very clean

Upon entering the unit as we walked from room to room not only were we impressed with the amount of space in each room we were equally impressed with the cleanliness of the entire condo. Spotless. Everything worked. Master bed mattress was a dream to sleep on. We had no issues with this unit. Will definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of living space and places to relax. We loved that there was a balcony on both sides. It was great to sit outside and relax while watching the ocean or sitting and soaking up the sun while people watching on the street side. We loved having the option to sit on the beach or lay by the pool.

My only complaint was that my grandson said a lady walked into the condo for a moment we were out on the balcony. she was gone by the time we got into the condo. Not sure who or why little scary!! And also the elevator thee at the ocean house is not reliable.wont ever use it again. i have seen it stuck many times. We had to carry all of our bags down from the 6th floor on last day.other than those two events the vacation was great as always.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. The pool was unavailable due to maintenance for our entire trip. I was not informed about that when I booked the unit. 2. The parking passes were not included and I had to purchase them from the on site security guard. After spending $1200 to stay somewhere the passes to park at that property should be included. 3. The trash can in the condos kitchen smelled disgusting and we had to put it out on the balcony to keep the condo from smelling sour. 4. The floors in the condo were filthy. They needed to be mopped. If you walked bare foot in the condo your feet would be black on the bottoms from all of the dirt on the floor.

We do try to provide ample amounts of time regarding pool closures and other maintenance issues that could be ongoing. We want the best guest experience possible. Sometimes we are unaware of these things because we are not notified. This particular property decided to start selling their own passes back in Spring 2021 and unfortunately we have no control over that. Any maintenance or housekeeping issues can be addressed upon arrival. If we are contacted, we will send a technician and a housekeeping team to address any issues.

Family Trip to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family. We had my son, daughter-n-law and 2 grandsons. There ages are 3 and 6. They loved the condo and the pool with its zero entrance walk in, We had one maintenance item and it was handled very promptly. We have stayed ar Ocean House before, and we like Unit 2606 the better of the two.We plan to return.
