Tracy I was in contact with you several time during your stay to update you regarding Covid. At no point did you point out any of the problems you are stating you had. I wish you had since we would have been more than happy to correct anything that needed fixing. We have had no other complaints about the A/C unit but we did have the tech come out and he found nothing amiss with the A/C. Our next guest also stated that they saw no roaches. The condo had just been painted prior to your stay. We had a guest that canceled due to Covid and so the owner had the condo painted prior to your stay. So I am confused about the mention of the dirty walls. Black feet and dirty socks are a continued problem with all owners. Guest bring in their rolling luggage and the luggage carts, go out on the balcony barefoot and all of this tracks in the out side dirt. Our floors are professionally cleaned before season each year and PH 04 was done the first of March. They are also mopped between each guest. We at DestinWestCondos are happy that you at least enjoyed the pools and amenities of DestinWest. I hope that you are doing well during this Covid time and wish you the best. Julie

Tina, thank you for your feedback. There should have been a mop and broom in the closet, but we will double check this and make sure to get one in there if not. We would have been happy to bring one by. We do provide you with a list in your carefree instructions of what is provided to get you started ahead of time. October is usually the best time to visit, but the weather can be unpredictable, but typically 70-80s in the day and cooler nights. We do have heated pools located on property as well. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay and that you will come back soon to visit.
