Thank you for your review of Destin West Sandpiper L-01. I’m glad the location and pool access worked well for your stay. I’m very sorry the condo fell short on cleanliness, had a strong chemical smell, and that you didn’t receive a response when you asked about towels. That is unacceptable. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and will: - Investigate and address the odor source and thoroughly air out and deep-clean the unit. - Launder and replace any stained or soiled linens and pillowcases, and clean or replace the rug and affected upholstery as needed. - Re-mop and degrease the floors and reinforce our cleaning checklist and pre-arrival inspections. - Review our messaging processes to ensure timely responses and confirm the listing accurately reflects what amenities are provided; we’ll also evaluate adding beach/pool towels as a convenience. Thank you for the honest feedback — it helps us improve. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. — Team BBG

Thank you for your review. Sorry you didn’t receive the check-in information and that it caused panic. I’m glad contacting Vrbo and the host got you checked in smoothly.
