Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. SeaWorld, Six Flags, Casa Blanca Cinema, La Cantera Mall, Various Restaurants, Walmart, HâEâB. House is a newer is a Manufactured home.
This place is very nice. The outside wasnât appealing at all but donât judge a book by its cover because the inside is gorgeous. Definitely worth a try.
This property was in a great location for us. We came to San Antonio for an extended family reunion and it was close to shopping and other activities we participated in.
The rooms were comfortable. Some expected amenities were missing; no top sheets in guest bedrooms, towels bar in 2nd bathroom was missing. Bath towels only; and serving bowels in kitchen.
Held the 6 of us comfortably.

My kids really like the Mobil home where we stayed. Very spacious. We had a little trouble getting into the mobile home. The code didn't seem to work the first 6-8 tries. We got it open after 15 minutes when all of the sudden the code start working. After that opening and closing the door worked great. Kids really enjoyed the big bathtub and with two additional shower you don't have to weight long for your turn. Really enjoyed the new barbeque pit that was on the deck. It worked great and the steaks tasted very good after a day of fun at the schliterbahn in New Braunsfell.
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
It's okay. A little misrepresented.
First it's a mobile home in a mobile home neighborhood. No outside pictures indicate this on the listing. It's been remodeled so it's nice enough, but could use a little more TLC. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were paper thin and you only get a fitted sheet and a comforter. No top sheet. We thought it was a little strange. One bed had a mattress protector the other did not. With paper thin sheets, a mattress protector is a must.
When you walk in, the smell is overwhelming, because every single room has a scented plug in. Some rooms have more than one. It's very overwhelming, we unplugged all of them. It didn't help over the two days. Every single thing we brought in smelled like a plug in, including us. I'm not a fan, it's hard to breath, but also I think it's covering up smells of another nature.
A few things that would help this place tremendously.
1 - Get new bathroom lighting. It's easy to find, relatively cheap but makes a big difference aesthetically compared to the light bulb only fixture missing two light bulbs.
2 - Replace the counter tops. Painting formica to look like some textured counter, aesthetically is unpleasing. Remnant pieces from a local granite yard is your best option.
3 - Add outside pictures to the listing so people know what they are driving up to. There is nothing worse than expectations not being met immediately when you drive up & enter a place.
4 - Fix the doors to the master bath so they'll actually close. Had to put a bag on the outside of the doors so they'd stay closed.
5 - Clean/vacuum bathroom drawers and consider putting liners in them.
6 - Indicate the 7th sleeping situation is just the couch, not a fold out couch.
4 - Be more proactive on communication prior to arrival. We sent a message on the day of arrival but got no answer. Ultimately, called to get check in procedures and address. Never given any exit procedures, so we stripped the beds, emptied trash and put all dirty laundry on the washer.
5-Get nice sheets and towels. Include tops sheets on beds and hand towels and wash clothes in bathrooms. We only had bath towels.
6-Do something different than the plug-ins for smell. It's way too much.
7- Fix the electrical plugs that aren't working.
We loved staying here! Felt like a home away from home. Everything we could ever need was there. Even have the Keurig set up and ready to go! Very cozy and accommodating! We will definitely be booking again on our next trip!
