This 2,000+ sq ft home in Palm Harbor has a Solar Heated Pool, Therapeutic Spa and a covered outdoor entertainment area all screened in! It sits on a fenced in yard and is a short 6.5 mile drive to Honeymoon Island Beach & Dunedin causeway. Location is convenient for shopping, dining and offers several entertainment options. Busch Gardens is just 45 minutes away. "Dunbridge House" sleeps eight comfortably and is stocked with towels, sheets, two fridges and four tvs. What I love is both the privacy and the location how close it is to everything. FULLY equipped kitchen; microwave, dishwasher, 4 slot toaster, cook top stove-oven, and blender. The house has an indoor game room with pool table, games, puzzles and dart board. Lots of attractions and restaurants close by. You can stretch out in your King size Master bed w/ private bath. 2nd Bed Queen w/pillow top & 3rd Bed has two doubles which provide lots of sleeping choices. Roku TV, Apple TV & Spectrum internet. Living room, Master and Queen bed each have own tv. Outside covered/screened patio also has tv. Free WiFi. ** Ring doorbell and a surveillance camera in front of garage are used for property safety.

My wife enjoyed the pool. It was pleasant to sit by. we found the vacuum wasn't working so we fooled with it & got it fired up. Very clean pool now !! Quiet area which was nice. All a bit dated but worked out ok. Ceiling fan near pool covered in dirt. Linen needs some attention. Had to go thru towels to find one w/o stains. I would rate the stay at a 6. No huge complaints, but would not stay there again.

Great house

Fantastic property for families with kids. The combination of the pool and hot tub was fantastic. House was clean, very spacious and the host was very easy to deal with.

Perfect house for entertaining and exceptionally dog friendly

I rented the house to go to my grandson‘s eighth grade graduation. I was able to have them over for a pool party and we also really enjoyed the pool table. I travel with my mini Australian Shepherd. The backyard is fenced and the house is very dog friendly.

So relaxing!

It's so peaceful! I'd sa we didn't really need much but food and clothes! The pool, I loved it the deep end where can sit as so cool! Overall I'm super satisfied will definitely visit again

Great First VRBO Experience

This was our first VRBO experience. Ian was very responsive and kind. The place was ideally located for us and the pool & spa were the real star of the stay. We felt right at home.

Spacious and comfortable

Very pleased with the spaciousness of the house and the pool. Eight people can very comfortably stay in this house without feeling crowded. The pool is a very nice size and the location is very convenient.

Great getaway!!!!

Lauren was wonderful. Simple check in process! The property was wonderful. The pool area is just phenomenal. Such a relaxing getaway with the pool and Jacuzzi. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful vacay with my daughter!

Family Vacation

Our family was comfortable in this home and the location was great. The owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The only items worth mentioning is that the pool framing needs to be power washed and pool screens on several panels needs replaced. Overall, everything was fine. The kitchen was well stocked and the home has a nice layout.

Amazing home! Excellent area close to everything we needed. Very clean and spacious Everything you need especially if you forgot something was at the home. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful experience!

The property manager Ian was top notch! He was easy to get in touch with and prompt on his text responses! This place is within 15 minutes of anything you want to do, Honeymoon Beach, the sponge docks and cafes in Tarpon Springs, downtown Dunedin, restaurants, shopping, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Great location

This house was conveniently located to shopping, the airport, and beaches. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the pool, but we used the hot tub everyday even when it was raining as it is located under an awning. The kids loved the pool table and other games it had to offer. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. Easy check-in and great communication by the owner.

Great stay in Tampa

Overall had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach chairs/cooler. Pool table was in good working order. House was well stocked and clean. Ian was super responsive and friendly. The house was a little dated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. But overall no issues and we would stay here again.

Location, lots of space

Enjoyed our stay in Palm Harbor. House was easy to find and close to anything we wanted. Short drive to cute "downtown" Palm Harbor (great dining options); Honeymoon Island (we went shelling and hiking and came back for sunset); Clearwater Beach and Tampa airport each just a 30 minute drive. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms gave us all lots of private space, but the game area, living room and pool/hot tub space were awesome spots to hang out together. Would return.

Great Holiday Week

The house was very nice. Lauren provided pretty much everything we needed. It’s nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about “house stuff.” The backyard was very private (you would never know there were neighbors) which was wonderful! We spent most of our time outside. Thanks Lauren 😁😁

Awsome stay!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying that rental, really sweet and cozy house very comfy! , we enjoyed swimming pool, hot tub, while we had rainy day we played pool table and darts. Very convenient area shops, restaurants, contryside mall (cant believe they do have ice skate inside! What a fun!) easy travel to beach. My favorite is honeymoon island beach it was very relaxed, and also went to clearwater beach, it was beautiful . Ian was a great host, would responds quickly if any questions asked. Highly recommend!

Fun yet relaxing!

This home is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's close to shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Fishing, swimming, shopping, looking for shells on the beach, trying different restaurants are just a few things we did while on our vacation. Also, it's not far from Tampa for even more variety of things to do. Lauren was very easy to deal with, she was prompt and always got back to me in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back!

Just What We Needed!

Let me start off by saying that Ian was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I booked to the moment we left. The house was very clean, the bed in the master was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. This house is close to just about everything you might need. We unfortunate didn't get to use the pool but the hot tub was great, especially after a long day of being out and about. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as appliances. We enjoyed our stay and will no doubt be back again!!!
