We truly appreciate your suggestions and will continue working on updates to the home and outdoor areas while keeping the pool clean and well-maintained. We appreciate your suggestion about pool instructions. We don't leave operating instructions for the pool and spa equipment to prevent children or other guests from accidentally changing settings or damaging the system. We're always happy to answer questions or help guests during their stay. We also appreciate your suggestion about beach chairs and a cooler. We actually provided beach equipment in the past, but unfortunately it was frequently not returned by previous guests. As a result, we no longer provide those items. Lastly, the lake is part of a protected alligator sanctuary, so seeing alligators is a natural part of the Florida experience. We always encourage guests to admire the wildlife from a safe distance and never feed them. Thank you again for your kind words and valuable feedback.
