This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as clean and beautiful as the first time. Communication leading up to my stay was phenomenal and clear. Everything I needed was at the house and there was so much wonderful room for my group on the decks and throughout the home. The views are next level. Would 10/10 stay again!

Thus place was remarkable! The views are unmatched! We visited during the pocket fires and never smelled the smoke. It’s exactly as is listed and my family felt at home and were able to have an amazing time! Not 5 but 6 stars!

Our Family Vacation

The place and views were absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 10 adults with all the basic supplies we needed. All the restrooms and bedrooms were spacious. The location was within a short drive of restaurants, Safeway and main attractions. Highly recommend and we're already hoping to come back with our children!

Fantastic place to stay in Sedona

We stayed for a couple of days during Thanksgiving with a group of friends. The place is even better than on the pictures! The views are breathtaking, the kitchen is perfect to cook dinners for 6-8 people. We had a blast!

I absolutely love, West Sedona and the location of this property was fantastic. Talked away in a quiet neighborhood allowed for some peace, yet it was close enough to town and trails. The pictures of the property were beautiful, but I was blown away at the view as soon as you walk in the front door. The home was clean and inviting and spacious.

Amazing property with amazing views

This place is an amazing property with an open concept. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The patio view is especially beautiful. Sitting out there on a brisk morning was very calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.

Private Sanctuary close to everything!

We were a group of 10 and the home allows for plenty of gathering space as well as space for solitude to sit and soak in the magical view of the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds are extremely comfortable, and all linens, the towels were high quality. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Girls Trip to Sedona

The house (and the views) were amazing. We were able to watch hot air balloons launch each morning while we drank coffee. The house was well stocked and easy to manage. We had a great girls weekend in Sedona.

Beautiful Home and Breathtaking Views

We had an unforgettable stay at Sedona Top Notch! The house is beautiful and the views are unbelievable. If you’re worried about the location being too far away from things it’s actually in a great location to hikes and not far from the up town area. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Perfect first Sedona retreat!

Fantastic property! The views were stunning from every single room; you get a fantastic sense of Sedona and feel like you’re part of the landscape. The stars were spectacular. Property was clean, organized, and perfect for our stay. Amazing Property with Amazing Views!

We had an absolute blast! We’ve rented a few other properties in Sedona in the past, and this was by far the best experience! The house was perfect for us (3 kids, 2 adults, 2 grandparents, 1 aunt). Everyone had enough space to spread out, and the common areas were perfect size for all. The balcony was especially stunning/the most utilized!

Perfect in every way!

We had a fabulous girls getaway at this beautiful, extremely comfortable dream home with gorgeous views surrounding! The location could not have been better, so close to hikes, shopping, and fabulous restaurants! None of us have ever been to Sedona and had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend Sedona and this lovely home for anyone’s vacation and hope to someday return!

Relaxing with views

Great Labor Day weekend at this beautiful house. The views are amazing from the large back porch. The house has everything you need. The road to the house is not paved so be prepared for that. We did find a large scorpion in the room our kids slept in. Not a huge deal and somewhat expected in this rural setting.
