Stunning Uptown Sedona retreat with room for the whole group. Stargazer features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a custom game room, and private hot tub — all within walking distance to Uptown dining, shops, and trailheads.
Inside, you’ll find luxury at every turn: a chef’s kitchen with a 36” Kucht range and full coffee bar, a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling accordion doors, and two large decks that blur the line between indoors and outdoors. The red rock views are absolutely unforgettable.
Outdoor Living: Over 600 sq. ft. of Trex decking with lounge chairs, dining, Weber Genesis grill, ceiling fan & heater. Additional spaces include a lower patio with hammock/meditation area, the hot tub with bar seating, and a private red rock patio off the master suite.
Bedrooms (5 total / 7 beds):
Master Suite: King bed, spa bath with soaking tub, rain shower, private red rock patio.
2 King Bedrooms + 1 Queen Bedroom (each uniquely styled).
Joyful “Yellow Room” with King bed + Twin with trundle.
Bathrooms (4 total): All beautifully designed with Kohler fixtures and dual vanities in three of the four.
Entertainment & Relaxation: Custom game room with 65” TV, wet bar, wine cooler, shuffleboard, darts, poker table & board games. Living room with sectional, 65” Smart TV & fireplace.
Kitchen & Dining: Gourmet kitchen, full coffee/tea bar (Nespresso, Keurig, French press, drip, electric kettle). Herringbone dining table + island seating + outdoor dining.
From sunrise coffee on your private patio to evenings stargazing from the hot tub, this home is designed to immerse you in Sedona’s beauty while keeping every comfort of home close at hand.
Special attention rules:

* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Must be 25 to book and be present throughout the stay
* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement
* To help mitigate fraud a photo of the credit card used to book the home must be uploaded, showing the last four digits of the credit card. The credit card number and name on must match those on the booking.
* A credit card security deposit HOLD is required
* All rentals subject to 3.5% Sedona Hotel Tax, 3.5% Sedona Hotel/Motel Additional Tax, and 6.325% Yavapai County Tax
* Keep doors closed to keep nature like scorpions, javalinas and tarantulas out.
