Villa Castillo 5 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private entrance.

Fully renovated with modern interiors and amenities such as a studio villa with full bathroom, high speed internet access, air conditioning, BBQs and Tesla charging station. Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully considered to offer guests an unforgettable stay experience. Offering over 1200 square feet of luxurious living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, relaxing outdoor area, this property offers high speed internet, tvs in each room, air conditioning, BBQ's and Tesla charging station. Relax on 2 shared outdoor patios furnished with barbecues or simply unwind under the sun on a cozy couch or chair. Experience everything that this distinguished Southern California escape has to offer while feeling lavishly pampered.

Very nice place

We liked it a lot. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was a perfect location to do day trips, hiking, the beach, and Montecito.

Spacious recently renovated, central location, fully equipped with all the high end amenities of a 4 star hotel. Quiet neighborhood, with a great backyard to relax with a refreshment after a day of exploring, with BBQ, and dining. All in all a perfect stay.

Birthday weekend in Santa Barbara

From start to finish this has been a great experience. The property is newer construction with quality finishes. It was spotlessly clean. Tesla charger on site which was super convenient. The location was perfect. Walking distance to State St with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Check in was easy. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying here again.

It's like having your own second home.

Its was nice to pull into the driveway, walk just a few steps and enter a very bright, open, and welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property, close to state street with 2 King Beds/Primary Suites and off street parking!

The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Everything was spotless, and well stocked. Its nice to find a home that caters to adults with 2 bedrooms with California King beds, and 2 full bathrooms. 10 minute walk to State St. and a 10 minute ride to the Airport. Also very close to the ocean. The only negative that i noticed others did comment on in previous reviews was the noise from the other units. This was VERY noticeable. Perhaps our neighbors were extra loud but it was a little distracting . However, I would absolutely stay here again.

Center of it all!

This property is as described. The location is fabulous, walking distance to restaurants and shopping on State Street. The outside court yard is a plus! The cleanliness was so so, I messaged the owner about the issue... Hopefully it will be dealt with. I would consider going back again.

There was very loud construction going on next door during 2 of the days that started at 8 am and was undisclosed to us. Had we known, we would have probably opted for another place.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully finished, and the outdoor yard was amazing. Easy walk to downtown. Loved having the kitchen, which was well stocked with essentials.

Long Weekend

Overall we had a great time. The property was clean and easy to access. Two parking spots were provided in the back which was very convenient. The house is on the first floor (like most homes in Santa Barbara), and there was little privacy if you were to open the shades - people working on the location could easily see in. Given that we kept the shades closed for most of the visit, which made the space feel a little claustrophobic. Additionally, the Wifi ended up working, but it took a few tries to get onto the network and would kick you off occasionally!

Great Downtown Location in Santa Barbara

This was a renovated property in an older close-in neighborhood in Santa Barbara. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the older homes, big trees and mature plants. Unlike many neighborhoods (like our own here in Oregon) this one has been both preserved and updated. It was quite refreshing to see what can be done, other than tearing down old houses, cutting down trees and plopping down huge new homes resembling dental offices. Pardon the rant, but this is a huge problem here and we found such relief living, at least temporarily, in an area where this kind of thing is not allowed. I do recommend this place , even though it's hard to talk to an actual person during the rental process and the list of rules and procedures is pages and pages long.

Terrific location and gorgeous property!!!

We stayed for a few days in this lovely property and it met all of our needs. We loved that we could easily walk to restaurants and shopping on State Street! And bonus for great and easy parking (which is a must in SB)! The unit is gorgeous and comfortably fit my family of 4 with two teenagers (2 bathrooms was HUGE plus)! We enjoyed evenings in the lovely back garden every night. Photos are true… this is a relaxing respite that is well appointed! Highly recommend!!!!

Newly renovated

The unit was in excellent condition and the small kitchen well supplied. Location was good, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The only caveat we have was that sound carries between the units (we could hear voices, coughing, baby crying) - no one was particularly loud so it wasn’t a problem but something to consider if this might be an issue for you.

Beautiful Accommodations

Fabulous rental, very spacious and well appointed. Location was perfect - a block from my sister’s home - allowed us to spend the holidays together without having to ferry back and forth to expensive hotels. Easy waking access to State Street shops and grocery.

Great stay!

The home was well taken care of, with guest-minded touches very similar to a thoughtful hotel experience, which we all appreciated so very much. The management company was incredibly responsive and helpful and the location was perfect. Walking distance to State St. while tucked away on a quiet street. 10/10 would stay here again.
