This 3 bedroom cabin has dedicated parking, fully equipped kitchen, heated indoor pool, hot tub, grill and games just to name a few. Chill in the pool and watch the game or a movie...from the pool! Also, did I mention that it has it's own indoor heated pool?.. :)

Guest access:
You will get a door code before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

The red tape:

- You must be 25+ to book and you must also attend (i.e. no booking for someone else)
- 8 full size human max - 1 or 2 pack and play babies is permissible.. :)
- 2 Vehicle Max
- 2 pet max
- We provide some starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Bears are dangerous
- Children are not permitted in the pool area unsupervised

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No food, drink, bubble bath, or bath bombs are allowed in the pool or hot tub
-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

- No late check out or early check in.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- Absolutely no fires inside the property. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing.

Must be 25 or older to book and the person who books must be there to check in. No 3rd party bookings. i.e. no booking on behalf of a group of guests younger than 25.



- Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or Late check-out

- Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest:

1. Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear proof receptacle.
2. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it.


Over Stating the obvious:
- Please do not run the electric fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time

- The hot tub is all ready for you and should be set no lower than 100 or more than 104 degrees at all times

- We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay

We require all guests to sign and return the rental agreement.
