Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting the convenient location. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the inside amenities, and we are sorry to hear that certain aspects of the property did not meet expectation. We would like to note that the pool is not heated during the summer season. Upon review we did not receive any reports during your stay regarding the odor, or the toilet malfunctioning. Had these concerns been brought to our attention while you were in house, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and assist. That said, we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your comments regarding the outdoor areas and the odor near the hot tub have been shared with our Operations Team for review and further assessment. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your insights and are glad you were able to enjoy several aspects of the property during your stay. Your Jackson Mountain Team
