Ce charmant condo 2 BR 2 BTH est niché dans le coin de Summertree Village situé dans la région de Shore Dr. Idéalement situé pour tout Myrtle Beach a à offrir. Profitez de la belle plage à quelques pas. Le Apache Pier et le Ocean Annies Beach Bar vous attendent. Shore Dr. est juste en bas de la rue du célèbre restaurant Row qui propose certains des meilleurs restaurants de la région. Vous trouverez ce très grand condo au 3e étage pour être le plus accommodant. Dormez dans le nouveau lit King Size dans la chambre principale. Le 2ème BR dispose d'un lit Queen et d'un lit Twin pour les enfants ou vos invités. Le canapé du salon se retire également pour un lit queen confortable. Clean, quiet, great neighborhood, walking distance from the beach, all the comforts of home, great for children and adults, minutes from attractions, great swimming pools, comfortable living space, easy parking, cute beach themed decor, would love to return!

We loved our time here!! Best way to communicate with the host is through the Vrbo app if you have any questions. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags just in case and make sure you wash all of the towels and sheets before you leave. 1 TV in the bedroom with 2 beds does not work and the blinds in the dining room area were broken upon arrival (they wont come down correctly) so we just hung up a light blanket we had to cover the window, but it did not effect our stay at all. The rest of the apartment and area are great! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Scott!

When you first enter the porch/where the beach stuff was kept wasn't very clean and neat. The inside of the condo was very clean and neat and very spacious. I will stay again in the future

The area was quiet, the room was nice and spacious but my stay wasn’t enjoyable at all because we didn’t know there wasn’t elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. I have a heart condition so the stairs was a big inconvenience. I wasn’t able to do anything because the stairs were too much for my heart. The host wasn’t friendly at all. I had to contact him for check-in instructions and I don’t know why there’s a cleaning fee if we have to wash the used linen and take the trash out ourselves which meant we had to buy laundry stuff. Also the tv didn’t work in the second bedroom. The details when booking needs to be updated immediately.

Much Needed Getaway

The condo was pretty nice just a few things needed cleaning a little. Inside of the coffee maker the basket area needed cleaning there was coffee grounds underneath the basket and on the burner. Inside the basket itself needed cleaning. The knobs on the outside in the master shower had black water build up on them which I think is a really easy cleaning this should not have been missed in the cleaning process. I have 3-cleaning jobs besides my regular 40-hr a week job. So I pretty much know this shouldn't have been over-looked or the coffee maker. Other thank that I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

We love summertree village. This condo was nice and clean. It had plenty of supplies to cook with. The third floor climb was not as bad as I thought it would be. This condo is well kept. Right beside the pool. It’s about a 3 block walk to the beach. Great great stay!!!!

Well ceiling fan in living room on its last leg shakes badly and only 1 speed, no ceiling fans in bedroom( the little fan sucks), 1 bedroom no TV, living room TV needs to be larger, but the thing that upset me we had to do laundry of the towels and bedding the day of check out or get a twenty-five per load charged on top of an eighty cleaning fee we already paid. This was my 1st time booking through vrbo. I'm not impressed. I get to condo. Couldn't check in. Called manager. No answer. So had to wait for him to call me back. No toilet paper or other items that you thing would be included. Then there was a sign on the frig to wash sheets and towels or be charged $25 a load

Absolutely the most peaceful and quiet place to stay!

Everything was amazing. Close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer! Very short relaxing walk to the ocean. Two pools for cooling off and a great jacuzzi. Really large condo with everything needed to be a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again! Great place!

Quiet condo, short walk to the beach

I've stayed in several condos in the Maison Dr corridor, and this was better than most. The only slight downside was the location. It was a little further from Shore Dr than the map showed at booking, but not a huge deal. The bedrooms have new carpet, and bathrooms and common areas have new laminate flooring. The bathrooms and kitchen have some updates that make it feel newer than some of the other condos in the area. The complex was super quiet and the indoor pool was a plus. Also, many of the condos in the area have communal laundry. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the condo.

Pay Attention to Rules Beforehand

I review and make sure I’m aware of rules and guidelines before reserving or booking an location to stay. Host wasn’t very nice, and I didn’t know of the uncomfortable rules that were provided AFTER booking. So enjoying the full stay wasn’t provided, but still a good place to stay.
