The home is a short walk, golf cart ride or drive to an adult pool, resort-style family pool, neighborhood recreation center, large recreation center, grocery store, golf cart rental, golf courses, racket sports, and restaurants. Edna’s on The Green, Finney Grill, and Brownwood Paddock town square are all within a 15-minute golf cart ride.

NOTE: If you normally reside outside the U.S. i.e., Canada, your normal TV viewing will be limited. It is suggested you use another TV app once in the home, like FUBO, YouTubeTV, etc to view programs.
