The house is in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The house offers a full 360 degree patio that is great for relaxing.

The house is stocked with everything you will need for your home away from home. Including a full range of kitchen supplies: pots & pans, cooking utencils, full set of plates, cups, silverware, etc.

There is also beach supplies available! Including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Outdoor hoses are also available to rinse off.

The house is beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Every room is nicely furnished with plenty of extra pillows & blankets if needed.

The downstairs and upstairs are completely separated with only an outside staircase connecting them.

Both units have Air Conditioning. The upstairs unit uses central air and the bottom stairs unit uses a window unit.

The bottom unit is an garage transformation and has a different feel than the rest of the house. It's perfectly cozy and safe but does not use the central air, has a small kitchen (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, the oven is currently not working).

Parking in the driveway and on the street is allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
This is a family friendly neighborhood and city noise ordinances must be followed. There is no loud noise allowed between 10 pm and 8 am daily.

Needs improvement

The place had so much potential but definitely needs some improvements. First, the good. The place was big with plenty of room for everyone and they allow pets. The location is wonderful. The kitchen was well-stocked. Now the bad. The downstairs unit did not have central heat and only one space heater for the two bedrooms. We were freezing at night. The owner did offer for us to go to Home Depot and buy one and he would reimburse us. Also, there were no extra blankets anywhere. The floors did not seem like they were cleaned. The upstairs unit was clean except that we had to wash about half the dishes before we used them. The kitchen lights all went out the first night and we could not get them back on.

Easy to have fun!

Our crew of 12 enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for all of us. Zac was easy to reach and responded to all of our questions. Beach was easy to access and we found free parking on the street even during peak times. Had great meals at Black Molly Grill and World Famous Oasis. Would stay here again!

Nice, clean, house

I had hoped we were closer to the beach, but it wasn’t far by car. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Restaurants, grocery stores were very close.

Quiet peaceful area

We had a group of 10 and were comfortable sitting outside and inside in the living room, dining room and deck. The house is split into 2 levels. The beds upstairs are firmer than the downstairs ones. If was funny hearing the stories of my friends having to roll out of the beds to get out of them because the were so soft! There are 3 bathrooms. They could use minor updates, but by no means anything that would interfere with your vacation pleasure! We had 5 cars and were able to fit into the driveway. The appliance were all operational. There were plenty of silverware, plates and serving bowls/utensils available. There is a grill on the deck as well. The home is comfortable and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We had a great time out on the deck. The furniture is aged and the cushions weren't as "cushiony" as we'd like, but It's a great spot to relax and feel the cool morning and evening breeze. I'd recommend this for adults and kids. If someone is not able to do steps it will take away from the overall interaction unless your gatherings are downstairs. There isn't as much room there as fast as seating goes, so be prepared for that.

Great place to stay

We had a great weekend here. Everything was as described. Kids all had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive and friendly.

Overnight stay with friends

House was great and accommodated 5 couples for an overnight stay very comfortably. Only thing is that we could not find the extra blankets. Not a big deal. Still enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was pricey for the rather stark and sparce amenities. It definitely needs some TLC and upgrades to tableware, pots and pans, towels and general interior. Our little fluffy dog ended up covered in beggar’s lice from the weeds that covered the grass so we weren’t able to take advantage of the grassy area. The inside was clean.

Great house and neighborhood

The home was very large. Upstairs and downstairs were seperate which was perfect for my older kids. Very family oriented neighborhood. Was great to see kids outside playing! I would recommend this property to my friends...already have.

Great for short weekend

A group of friends all got together with our kids for a short staycation (we're from jax) and this house was perfect! Only thing that would make it better is if the stairs/entire path from the upstairs to downstairs unit was covered. Our group had to split up due to size and of course it rained (hello florida) so people got pretry wet coming to the upstairs living room from their bedroom downstairs.

Graduation Party in St Augustine

Our family was in town for my daughter’s med school graduation party. We had 4 couples staying for 2 nights and it was perfect! Everything was clean and in working order. The wrap around porch was fabulous for our morning coffee. We were expecting just 2 full baths but there were 3 so that was a wonderful bonus. Very nice, comfortable house!

Lights on

We went to go see St. Augustine Christmas Lights turn on and to walk the old downtown area. The house maintained our group and was very updated. The down stairs is a work in progress, but was very clean, and had enough rooms and amenities for our friends.
