The first level features two bedrooms and a sofa pullout, a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There are 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, and game room/bedroom on the upper levels. Plenty of parking.

The space
This home is also our family home. It’s set up for large families with lots of towels, charging stations, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. We have created a comfortable space that we think any group would enjoy. Outside enjoy the patio, charcoal grill, gas grill, Blackstone, firepit, outdoor shower and use of the garage for some storage.
Other things to note, Treasure Beach has a private walkway just an 8-minute walk away. It’s also got a drive access just down the street. You have to have a 4x4 and $10 but you can drive on the sand and park. We have beach towels, chairs, tents, coolers, toys available. We are located just minutes to historic St. Augustine and all the city has to offer.
