Spread across three levels, this five-bedroom, four-bath home comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. You’ll have full access to every floor, connected by an elevator for easy movement throughout the house. The top level opens into a light-filled living area with ocean glimpses, comfortable seating, and access to a large wraparound porch. It’s the perfect place to gather, enjoy sea breezes, or watch passing clouds from a rocking chair. Inside, the modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a coffee maker, and plenty of space for preparing meals to share around the dining table. A convenient powder room is located nearby.

Comfortable bedrooms for everyone
On the second floor, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, closet, and a private porch for quiet mornings. The en-suite bathroom offers both comfort and privacy. The Flamingo Room includes a queen bed and shares a hallway bath with a tub, while the third bedroom features a twin daybed with trundle underneath and a private bath with shower, ideal for children or solo travelers.

The ground level is designed for fun and flexibility. Here you’ll find a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles, offering six beds in total. The space opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower, while a foosball table adds a touch of friendly competition. This level also includes a small kitchenette with essentials and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed, along with a shared full bathroom.

Game room and outdoor essentials
In the garage, you’ll discover a game room setup with a ping pong table, beach wagon, toys, and chairs, everything you need for laid-back afternoons. A gas grill is ready for family cookouts, and beach access is just a short walk away, with drive-on access nearby for those bringing gear or coolers. The home also provides beach essentials, making it easy to settle into seaside living.

Thoughtful amenities
You’ll find all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Safety and peace of mind come standard with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are installed for guest safety and neighborhood comfort, cameras are limited to entry areas only. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming furry companions with prior approval and additional fees (see below).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
