Sleeping arrangements
Spread across the middle and ground floors, the bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for guests to settle in. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, along with access to a private porch for relaxed moments outdoors. A queen bedroom and a room with a twin daybed and trundle are also located on this level, each with access to full bathrooms. On the ground floor, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles opens to a covered patio, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed sits nearby with convenient access to a full bathroom.

Outdoor living
Wraparound porches offer refreshing breezes and partial ocean views, creating an easy setting for morning coffee or quiet evening conversations. The ground-floor patio includes an outdoor shower, and the garage-turned-game-room provides added space to unwind between beach outings. Beach access is only a block away, with vehicle drive-on access available.

Kitchen and dining
The top floor centers around an open-concept layout that brings everyone together. A kitchen equipped for everyday cooking sits beside a spacious living area and dining space. A coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics support simple meals at home. This level also includes a powder room for convenience.

Comfort and convenience
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials support a comfortable stay. A small kitchenette on the ground floor provides extra flexibility with a sink, coffee maker, and storage for beach towels and games. The home includes beach essentials, a private entrance, free driveway parking for two vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the entry lock only, and a decibel reader is installed to monitor late-night noise without recording conversations or private spaces.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
