This Entire home in St. Augustine, Florida, United States sleeps 12 guests and includes 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 4.5 baths. The second floor hosts three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, plus a private porch. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and a smart TV, with a hallway bath featuring a tub. A third bedroom includes a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles creates a fun setup for younger guests, and a 5th bedroom features a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with a glass shower serves this level, and a powder room is available on the top floor.

Living spaces and entertainment
The open-concept top level brings everyone together with a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Between the foosball table, ping pong table, and game room setup in the garage, there’s plenty to do back at the house - whether you’re winding down after exploring St. Augustine or keeping the group entertained on a relaxed day in. An elevator connects all three floors for convenient accessibility, and the home also includes WiFi, an HDTV, and laundry with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor living and beach access
Enjoy wraparound porches with ocean views, a covered patio, and beach access about one block away. With vehicle drive-on access nearby, it’s easy to bring your day’s essentials and settle in by the water. After the beach, the outdoor shower makes cleanup simple before you head back inside.

You’ll have a kitchen and dining space where guests can cook their own meals, plus bathroom essentials.

Neighborhood and location
Set in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine Beach, the home is minutes from local restaurants and shopping, with historic downtown St. Augustine about 15 minutes away.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
