Wake up to gulf breezes and the occasional dolphin gliding past the shoreline. This five-bedroom beach house in Crescent Beach, just south of St. Augustine Beach, spans three levels connected by an elevator, with room for the whole group to spread out and settle in.

Living space
The top floor opens into a combined living room, kitchen, and dining area, framed by a wraparound porch with ocean views. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table for gathering after a day at the beach. A powder room rounds out this level.

Sleeping arrangements
The second floor holds three bedrooms and three full bathrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, HDTV, large closet, and en-suite bathroom opening to a private porch; the Flamingo Room with a queen bed and TV sharing a hallway bath with a tub; and a third room with a twin daybed and trundle plus its own bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, a bunk room sleeps guests across two bunk beds with trundles (six beds total), and a fifth bedroom offers a queen bed with a shared full bathroom and glass shower.

Extra space & fun
The ground floor bunk room opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table and foosball table. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, and drive-on beach access is just a block away.

You're minutes from local restaurants and shops, with historic downtown St. Augustine about 15 minutes away.

Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees. Sorry, no cats.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
