Ocean Views abound at this fabulous 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach home! Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the water while sipping coffee on the third story deck then stroll across the boardwalk to the beach just steps from the home. Two separate living rooms and a covered outdoor space equipped with a hot tub, ping pong, corn hole & seating area give the whole family space to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach.

Conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in St. Augustine Beach and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Augustine.


Guests will have private access to the entire home minus a locked closet.


The primary suite, kitchen & main living room are on the 3rd floor. Everything else is on the 2nd floor.

Major upgrades just completed fall of 2024! Full exterior facelift including all new decks, door and windows, new covered outdoor recreation space complete with hot tub, seating area, corn hole and ping pong. New outdoor storage area filled with beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart for easy transport, etc). The interior got a refresh as well! Including all new furniture and decor in both living rooms and minor upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during stay.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
