TONS of amenities, including a heated pool, fire pit, basketball court, putting green, pool table, and so much more! Beautifully designed and ready for your dream trip!

5 beautifully designed, spacious bedrooms. The master has a king bed, with a smart TV & attached ensuite bathroom. Across the hall are three more bedrooms (two with 2 fulls in each, one with 1 queen + smart TV) and a shared full bathroom. Downstairs, you will find one more cozy bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV right off the hallway that connects all of the main entertainment areas.
ââ BATHROOMS ââ
All of the bathrooms have been completed renovated and are now beautiful & sleek! Downstairs, the living areas share one half bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own attached bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The upstairs hallway bathroom accommodates the remaining bedrooms, also with a walk-in shower.
ââ KITCHEN & DINING ââ
The kitchen boasts brand new, stainless steel appliances with all the cooking essentials and supplies you could need to prepare a full course meal for your entire group here at the home. The adjacent dining area has an oversized dining table with enough seating for 8 (+ 2 more seats at the bistro table in the adjacent game room).

You will be greeted by the main living area as soon as you enter the home. A vibrant Arizona themed mural will take your breath away as you relax on the exceptionally comfortable sectional, while enjoying movie nights and sports events on the 65 inch smart TV.
ââ GAME ROOM ââ
The game room is one of the main attractions of this home! Connecting to the rest of the main living space, you will have endless entertainment with the pool table, golfing arcade game (Golden Tee), and a smart TV to blast your favorite sports games while enjoying the games in this space.
ââ OUTDOOR SPACE ââ
A show-stopping backyard! Heated pool, tiki bar lounge, hot tub, basketball court, putting green, fire pit, outdoor dining, and lots of comfy outdoor seating. There is so much to do back here! You will never want to leave this space - it truly has all the entertainment you and your group could need on your dream vacation.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.
The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 4
