Aw, thank you so much for the detailed review- it is so kind of you! I'm sure our future guests will be especially grateful for that information. It makes us so happy to know that all the details in our planning and preparation were noticed by your family and appreciated. Thank you for leaving the home in the same neat and tidy condition as when you checked-in. You're welcome to stay with us again anytime - hope to see you soon!

We are so glad your family enjoyed your stay at Backyard Oasis! We were very appreciative of the stellar condition you left the home in for the next family (the cleaners sent us pics of how neatly organized the sheets and towels were for them to launder!) It was also very kind of you to let us know about the 2 packages that arrived during your stay and that you kept them secure for us. We were happy to offer your family the option to check-in 1 night early so you didn't have to 'try' and find a hotel for that first night. Thank you kindly for the wonderful review - we tried to think of everything guests might need. Hope to see you again next summer, Michelle & Matt p.s. it looks like my review of you for "house rules" is only 4 stars but I put 5. I will try to get that fixed by VRBO.

What a lovely review- we greatly appreciate it and are thrilled your family had such a wonderful time! We are grateful for how neatly you left the property, for following the house rules and that you even laundered the sheets. We are also really appreciative that you put out the trash/recycling during your 10 night stay so that it wasn't overflowing at check-out. Please come back again!
