2 Bedroom APT w/ Ocean & Condado Lagoon views, restaurants, walk to the beach...
Miramar is the premiere historic neighborhood of Puerto Ricoâs capital city, San Juan, nestled along the Condado Lagoon and known for its energetic city vibes.
The Don Charlie building is the crown jewel of the neighborhood. Built in the 1940s and recently renovated, your apartment is like what you would find in an elegant Greenwich Village NYC walk up building, but with views of the Condado Lagoon, walking distance to 3 beaches, with sounds of salsa spilling into the streets.

Location was PERFECT! had lots of resturants nearby and walkable. Only issues we faced staying here was street parking and the washer was not usable. Everything else was LOVELY!
The property was exactly as described. Location was great with good restaurants nearby. We paid for the parking spot and are glad we did. The beds were also comfy. The house did have some of the basics (shampoo, conditioner, soap) to get you started which was nice. Overall an easy quick stay.
Logan was a wonderful host. His property is an ideal location to nightlife, the beach, and shopping. Our family enjoyed the garden porch and the apartment space in general. We walked everywhere and enjoyed great food close by. Highly recommend!
Beautiful! Modern amenities with old traditional charm.
We Absolutely loved our stay at Charlie's place. Fabulous location, and a huge plus being next door to a delicious Peruvian restaurant and next to a Mexican restaurant. The beds and pillows were utra comfortable, and the shower is outstanding. Very clean, and beautiful! LOVE.
It was hreat and had some really nice areas like beaches and restraunts around it. Overall it gets 5 stars. The only downside was the parkings as we could not park in front of the actuall house due to the many cars around.
The apartment is in a cute neighborhood that has lots of restaurants and is close the PRCC and the District T-Mobile. Uber was easily accessible. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. We would stay here again!
My daughter thought the description of place was too good to be true but it was EXACTLY as described. The place is so clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable (hubby didnât want to get out of bed). We were grateful for the cold water in the fridge! We enjoyed the local eateries. Taco place next door was delicious. The balcony over looking the street and the private courtyard was an added bonus.
Beautiful apartment, close to great restaurants and water. We had some communication issues with owner. I didn't receive the code to get into the building until we were there and had delays in responses. Asked for wifi password and didn't receive till the next day. Again, could have been our phone service. I would stay there again, but would be sure I had all the details before arriving in Puerto Rico.
Apartment and owners are great. Highly recommend. Spacious. Artsy. Neat balcony and courtyard looking up at the sky from within the apartment. Only downside was the noise. Pretty busy area for traffic and nightlife.
We were looking to stay somewhere for the night before our cruise that I had hoped would be in walking distance to the ship and to see and experience some of San Juan. The photos intrigued me and prior to booking, I made sure we would be able to leave our bags in a secure location. The location was not obvious when arriving by Uber being surrounded by business establishments, but once found and entered, the charming details ran throughout. The space had all that we comfortably needed and the grocery store, conveniently located across the street, offered everything else. We could have easily cooked a meal there, but being on vacation, none of us wanted to cook. So, we enjoyed a ceviche dinner down the street and had breakfast around the corner with a beautiful rooftop view of the ocean and even the building we stayed in, which is even architecturally charming from the outside. The entryway suggested to keep our bags while exploring the next day, did not feel secure to us, so we did not leave them there. Also, it would have been quite a walk with the bags, so we Ubered again, to cute Old San Juan, near where the ship awaited. We wish we knew the brand of coffee grounds provided, as it was so good, even without creamer!
Well appointed overall, but our suggestions would be the following:Kleenex, wall hooks or more towel racks to hang wet towels, fridge door didnt close properly, needs adjusting. We plan on staying here our next visit.
