That said, we’re sorry there were several items that kept the experience from feeling like a five-star stay, especially at the rate paid. We understand how a noisy AC condenser near the balcony, limited TV streaming options, an uncomfortable sofa, spiders on the balcony, sauna temperature concerns, and a fitness room that did not meet expectations can all affect the overall value and comfort of a visit. We appreciate you bringing these specific concerns to our attention. Your comments will be shared with the appropriate management, maintenance, housekeeping, and ownership teams so these areas can be reviewed for improvement.
