Suite 212 est une suite au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix. Cette unitĂ© offre une chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Suite 212 dispose d'une kitchenette Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle et ustensiles prĂȘts pour les repas en suite, une table Ă  manger pour deux, et un salon avec un canapĂ©-lit queen, cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. The location was excellent - a view right down Lake Charlevoix. The beach was wonderful - warm and shallow. The king size bed was very comfortable. A larger two burner stove would have been helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed at Waterstreet Inn for thirty years. Each room we choose has different character and charm. If you are older and/or have trouble getting in and out of a high sided tub, be sure to ask if your choice of room is a walk in shower or a tub. The entire complex was cleaner than years past and new management has made a difference! Great choice for a peaceful stay!

Easy walk to anywhere in Boyne City Main Street, access to restaurants and waterfront. We actually extended our stay one extra day because it was the best of time.

Unit 212 at One Water Street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was great. The unit we rented was not satisfactory. All the furniture was old and over used. Some lights not working. Many electrical plugs not working. Kitchen very old. The whole unit needs an update. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bathroom needed to be updated. Closets were full of owners stuff and we could not use half of it. The only table for eating was falling apart. The location was great but would not ever want that unit again. I understand we needed a unit for two months and Keith helped us do that, and he was great, but they should not put this unit in the rental pool until it is updated.

Love returning to Water Street Inn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this group of units can't be beat. It is near downtown shopping and restaurants. The outside is beautifully maintained with balconies (floor 2 and 3) right on the lake. The staff is excellent! This is our 4th year in a row to stay at the Water Street Inn, our first in Unit 212.Unit 212 is in need of updating. The "Grandma's Attic" decor, furniture and over abundant nicknacks make for a less friendly vacation experience. Antique furniture chests are difficult to use and take up lots of room, places for guests to place items are used up with lots of "stuff" making it somewhat difficult to find places to put what we brought to use. The TV is quite small by today's standards. The kitchen also seems sparsely outfitted compared to the other units we have rented. But, it was as the picture depicted.That being said, the unit was clean and the view of the lake was good. It is a quiet place. We had an excellent stay, but next time we will try to book into a different unit at Water Street Inn.

Although the interior is a bit dated, the condo was obviously lovingly decorated and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and check-in was very easy. Best of all, the price was a welcome relief from extremely overpriced Boyne Mountain! We enjoyed being in downtown Boyne City, which even is winter is very active with its many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
