Two bedrooms, two levels, multiple decks — including a private screened deck off the King suite upstairs — and a real wood-burning fireplace that earns its keep on cool mountain nights. Wears Valley runs quieter than the Pigeon Forge corridor, and when you're ready to resurface, the rest of the Smokies is an easy drive in any direction.

Inside, the two-level layout gives everyone their own space. The King bedroom upstairs opens onto its own private screened deck and features an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub — no shower in that bath, but it's a genuine luxury soak. The Queen bedroom sits on the main level with a full bath across the hall. The loft has arcade games and a sleeper sofa, with the King bedroom just off it. Guests have access to a community pool and catch-and-release fishing pond 1.5 miles away — the pool runs seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the fishing pond is open year-round. The Sugarlands entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 15 miles out, Gatlinburg is 15 miles, and The Island in Pigeon Forge is 13 miles when you're ready for restaurants or shopping. This is a no-pets, no-smoking property with a minimum renter age of 21.
