As a guest, you will have access to the seasonal community pool (open approximately May through September). Pool closes September 25th.

GAME ROOM (downstairs): Perfect place for the kids (or adults) to enjoy!

A note of Caution:
The game room space is not child proof and may not be suitable for small children without supervision. There are stairs, with a door, leading down to the lower-level game room and 2nd King bedroom. The lower level can get a bit cooler during colder days/nights, for your comfort a gas wall heater has been installed and can be hot to the touch when in use. Children should be supervised. There is also a small electrical space heater provided.

PARKING
2 parking spaces next to our cabin. A small 3rd car could park in the space in front of our cabin.
(No trailers or RV's allowed, no parking of trailers or RV's allowed at the community pool).

PLEASE NOTE: Security Camera
* There are 2 EXTERNAL Security Cameras… one is located at the front door entryway and the other is on the right side of cabin, both with 24/7 video/audio recording that monitors the front porch area, walkway and parking area. These cameras are for the safety of our guests and the property. There are NO cameras inside the property or on the back decks.

* Keyless entry/lock. You will receive check in instructions with a unique door entry code 24 hours prior to your stay along with the property address and other important information. PLEASE READ ALL CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS!

*We subscribe to a monthly pest control service; however, we are in the mountains and surrounded by woods. Bugs, wasps, ticks, spiders, ants, mosquitos and other little critters can and do still find their way in.

HOUSE RULES
o No 3rd Party Bookings - Person booking must be staying
o Check-in: 4:00 PM. (no early check-ins)
o Checkout: 10AM. (no late check-outs)
$25 charge for each 15 minutes past checkout time unless prior arrangements made between owner and guest.
o Self-check-in with keyless keypad
o Must be 25+ years old to book. Total number of guests must be listed on the reservation and cannot exceed maximum of 6 people.
o A copy of a valid ID will be required upon acceptance of the reservation.
o A short-term rental agreement will be emailed to you upon booking requiring your signature stating you agree to and have read all house rules. Agreement must be returned within 24 hours along with a copy of ID.
o Maximum occupancy of 6 (including children & infants)
o No Pets allowed – $500 fine and asked to leave immediately without a refund.
o No Parties or Events – you will be asked to leave immediately without refund
o No Smoking inside the property- $500 fine
o Any issue with the cabin must be reported to owner immediately upon check in or within12 hrs. and must allow the owner opportunity to address the resolve the issue.

Hot Tub Rules
o No glass in the Hot Tub.
o No sitting on Hot Tub lid – damages to Tub or lid will result in a charge
o Use Hot Tub at your own risk; children must be supervised around hot tub
o The Hot Tub is emptied, disinfected and refilled between each stay.
There are Hot Tub towels provided in the basket next to the back door.
